Dr. Roche is God sent.. God bless her and her staff. Her staff specially Serene is so attentive and efficient. Casey at front desk is so friendly and caring as well..
I like Dr. Roche, except for her responsiveness towards my concerns about her staff. In particular, I had great difficulty with follow through with her staff, one staff member specifically, when it came to rescheduling my annual appointment (year after year, for years), and in fulfilling the role as a liaison between my sleep specialist and the sleep study institution in arranging further care for me, or even communicating proper information. Such actions should be routine, but are not--
