Dr. Reynolds is a very kind physician but takes a very long time see see her. The office staff is absolutely incompetent and rude. They never answer phones. IF you get through and IF they return your call, they speak over you as you are speaking without any regard to why you are calling. I have spent two weeks trying to reach someone in the office. They accidentally answered the phone once and made several attempts to disconnect as I repeatedly said hello. No doctor is worth that!
