She is very knowledgeable doctor who really listens to the patient. She and her staff are kind and make you feel comfortable. My daughter goes to her as well and she feels the same way I do about the practice.

A nightmare! Sara the office gal just sent me a bill a year later. Unbelievable !!! Sara says she will call you back the next day and it's a month later when you hear from her. Scheduling is ridiculous because they say they will call you then they don't call. I was scheduled for surgery on a Monday and she calls on a Friday before to cancel when I had already canceled a 500$ day at work to get the surgery! Unacceptable !! Sara seems unhappy, unfriendly and Susan Poncy seems Unhappy & Bored!!

If you are looking for a rude, inept staff that has no interest in helping with difficult situations this is the place for you.

Susan Poncy is an excellent diagnostician, very straightforward and thorough. Her staff is professional and outrageously responsive. I have never had a better gynecologist.

Small office, cheerful. Front desk person was very pleasant. I was taken on time and the doctor arrived shortly after. There really was no wait time. She is very pleasant and seemed truly interested in me as a patient. I would define toy recommend her.
