I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Pike at BSW. It was an awesome experience. From Casey and Macie in the office to Dr. Pike and the surgical staff, I received awesome care before during and after. And my new boobs feel so much lighter.

I met with Dr. Pike for all of 5 minutes. She came in to my room, and appeared she already had her mind made up that she was no going to do my surgery. She advised there was a BMI restriction, and I advised her that was not an issue. She then advised she wasn't going to do the surgery because "how do I put this nicely, you're to heavy and need to lose more weight". I have lost nearly 100 lbs thus far. On their website they mention nothing of her not wanting to do surgery if you weigh a certain amount or the BMI restriction. She also advised she does not perform some of the services that are on their website. I advised her she should have said something prior to making an appointment and wasting $50 for a consult fee. In her chart she lied, notated incorrect statements that never took place in the 5 minutes I met with her. Hopefully I can get my money back! Find another provider.

Dr. Pike was recommended to me by my GP when I started inquiring about having a breast reduction done (June 2020). I was a little apprehensive after seeing some bad reviews on her, but went ahead and used her as my surgeon. She and her staff were fantastic. I never had any bad interactions with anyone in the office, everyone was kind and made sure I understood everything I needed to know before and after surgery. They worked with my schedule because I had to travel into town for my appointments. Had the surgery December 2020 (23 years old), and healed quickly with no complications. My loved one had a brow lift to help droopy eyelids. The scar she left has been commented on by all of our doctors. They all say " who did that"? The eyelids are still droopy.

I am really displeased by the level of service I received from Dr. Pike. At first things were good, but there was a lot of back and forth with her office staff as they weren’t calling me back, scheduling appts etc. The military was paying for my surgery so i didn’t have much of a choice on the doctor, but needless to say i still continued with the process. I received reconstructive surgery from this doctor, but it was very hard to be scheduled for follow ups right after. My incisions are horrible and she suggested she would fix it, but again never got back to me. I had a lot of pain and went to see her about it and she basically denied my pain and said I was “pill seeking”, making me very upset, uncomfortable, and never checked in with me again after the follow up. The best . Amazing bedside manor. Dr. Pike is my go to . She did a tammie tuck on me about two years ago it looks amazing. Occasionally I go to her for Botox and she always does a great job. It was wonderful great she's the best. She's so kind she explains everything very well she has been my doctor for twelve year's.she's my doctor and my friend out of twelve year's I wouldn't go to another doctor. She's careing

I agree with the above review. I found her cold and with no empathy. She removed a basel cell on my face. Four months later I still have bumps on my face from what should have been an easy procedure for a plastic surgeon. The PA seems like you are a bother. I requested a copy of my medical records and the office girl said she would send the authorization. I have never received them. I needed another surgery and the insurance company declined the request. She was not willing to fight for me. I would not recommend her for any procedure.

Dr. Pike and her PA were very rude. We were referred there after another doctor failed to remove a cyst properly, then said he couldn't handle the job. Dr. Pike acted like we were wrong to complain about previous dr. and should just shut up about it...AFTER she had asked about what happened! Why is it that a patient cannot say anything when a dr. screws up? Are we supposed to just pay the bill and shut up? I must now go back for the procedure. Would get treated better in Mexico.
