Dr. Susan Payne is the best doctor I have ever had. She stays up to date with current medical seminars on my personal, rare health conditions, as well as general well-woman health. I feel that my health is in good hands with her as my Gynecologist.

Dr Payne always takes the needed time and fully explains everything to me. She takes my concerns seriously and gives me the best advice.

I love dr Payne and would recommend her to anyone but I don't think she's accepting new patients. As an established patient, it was nearly impossible to schedule an appt with her- I had to call back a week after first trying and lucked out to get a cancellation. A cancellation list at least would have been nice so a person doesn't have to keep calling back to check for cancellations

Dr Payne is one of the top Physicians in portland and surrounding area. She is very kind, listens carefully, takes her time to understand concerns and is very thoughtful . She is well informed as a clinician and knows the research. Best Dr I have ever gone too.

Dr. Payne was very clear and also asked questions and listened carefully to my answers. She is thorough, kind, and got a lot done within the hour including a pelvic exam and colon check. Very encouraging and kind.

I have been very happy with my care here. My major issues are that I rarely get to see my own provider and they are consistently an hour or more behind. I find it to be very poor care to be asked to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment then wait an hour past my actual appointment time. I understand emergencies happen, however the providers here are consistently very behind. I feel that their appointment times should be longer or they need built in catch up time. It is not fair to waste so much of the patients time.

Dr. Payne is the best. She listens, treats me with respect and compassion, and always values my thoughts about my plan of care. She takes the time to talk with me as a person first to understand what is important to me and always remembers the important pieces of my health history and life when caring for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a treasure and huge asset to your organization. She fully delivers the Providence mission.

Dr Payne is always a joy to visit. She is upbeat and positive, offers insight into medical conditions and makes useful recommendations for staying healthy.

Dr. Payne is the very best. She is respectful, knowledgeable and puts her patients first. Yes, I often have to wait awhile for her but it is because she gives top notch care to her patients and refuses to rush through. Not often does one find a provider like her. I just plan a little extra time into my appointment and I am happy to wait. Providence is lucky to have Dr. Payne and so am I!

I visited dr Susan, with my wife for 6 weeks postpartum check up dr Susan was very kind and gave us important advices on baby the meet went on for long and talking to her was great and fun

My very first experience at Dr Susan's office was not very great and I was very disappointed on how long I had to wait to see her. After I arrived I was told she is running 30 mins late. After 30 mins of waiting I recheck with the staff at front lobby and they say she is now an hour late. When i ask if i can reschedule the appointment the staff said there is nothing available for next 2 months :) Finally when they call me in i had to wait for another 15 mins. I understand doctors have a lot in their plate and are often running late however i would appreciate if they call the patients and inform them about the delay as I have a child at home and work to get back to. I wish the people in front lobby be polite and respect patients time and understand the situation and have a courtesy to inform them ahead of such delays and respect Patients time. Dr Susan Payne is not only a brilliant Dr. She is honestly the kindest most knowledgeable women's physician I have EVER had!

First appointment. Staff friendly & scheduling easy. Waited 40 minutes in room. She was worth the wait. Explained everything. Thorough appt. Direct. Encouraging.
