My appointment was canceled by the office. It was made well in advance -otherwise YOU CAN'T BE SEEN BY DR. MARGLETTA. Her profile says she is accepting new patients. Why??!! She cannot accommodate the ones she has now!!! Told to call the office to reschedule. Finally got a new appointment and then not seen- arrived at 2:18 for a 2:00 appointment and told I can't be seen! Drove over a hour! Late due to an accident! Told I could have been seen if I had called! How with new hands free law?

I Scheduled and appointment 4 months in advance for 2PM. I arrived at 1:40PM for the appointment. I was non-chanlantly told at 2PM that my appointment was a 1PM and I could not be seen and would have to reschedule. I'm disappointed that I had to wait 4-months to be non-chalantly told that I'd have to reschedule in another month or cancel all together. Poor service and complete disregard of my time.

I scheduled an appointment 5 months in advance over the phone and when I came in to visit there was no record of it. All the staff tried to do was determine for their own benefit why there was an appointment conflict and who it is that I spoke to instead of trying to fit me into their schedule. I spent 35 min after my arrival just to be told that Dr. is too busy and they are very sorry. Well, that does't help. What helps is you taking action and making up for your error.

I have been under Dr Margletta's care for close to 20 years. There was a gap in our insurance being accepted by Dr Margletta when I changed jobs, but I value her enough to have paid out of pocket the cost for visiting an out of network doctor without second thoughts. Need I say I was over the moon when our insurance changed to one that was accepted. She has always spent as much time as necessary with me to explain conditions, treatments or concern. An EXCELLENT Doctor
