Best dentist EVER. So good at what she does. So attentive and conscientious of my care and coverage and all details and aspects of my treatment plan. She is kind and explains EVERYTHING she is doing as she does it so there are no surprises and you have the feeling she is holding your hand the whole procedure. I’ve had multiple crowns, crown replacements, root canals, cleanings, and periodontal treatments and I can say I have THE BEST dentist and THE BEST hygienist in the whole world. I had an old root canal blow up with infection on a Friday. Not only did she meet me at the office on her day off, but she accommodated my work schedule and saw me after work hours (at 5:30pm), and got me on antibiotics right away. She then made sure I got into an Endodontist who had Saturday hours. I was miserable all night, but got in and got fixed up the very next day and I am so grateful for her. Dr. Sue is the kind of doctor all doctors should be like. She loves what she does and loves her patients. It shows. Best dentist EVER. So good at what she does. I have even a patient of Dr Marcotte’s for 30 years. She has always been able to help me with accurate diagnoses. She listens to your concerns and treats you like a person not a number. Her staff is friendly and usually return your calls in a timely manner. She is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Marcotte tells her patients they are lying about pain. She is extremely Unprofessional.

My hero, as done wonders for me, she is ALWAYS my doctor but also my friend when needed

expect to spend more time in waiting room then time spent with the doctor. when i did see her she said i'm doing well and didn't offer anything new. her students and nurses spent more time and were more helpful than the doctor. seems like a lazy doctor to me
