We LOVE her. She is a great Doctor. She has been seeing my daughter since she was 6 months old and she is 15 now.

I saw Dr. Levy for partial leg paralysis and numbness that left me barely able to walk for several years and migraines. She examined me, then sent me out of the room to tell my mother that she thought I had a psychological problem, not a physical one. As it turns out, I'm extremely hypermobile and my knees and spine were pinching nerves. She never addressed my migraines. I felt invalidated, a feeling no patient should ever have caused by a doctor.

The office does not send out reminders. My daughter was stable. When we did not book an appointment within a 1 year period, my daughter was refused her medication by Dr. Levy. My daughter is 15 years old. We had to wait two months for her appt. In that time, Dr. L. refused medication over and over. This rule was not posted anywhere. My daughter no longer trusts Dr.Levy to help her. She was in dreadful pain often during those two months. I don't understand doing such a thing to a child.
