Tried calling to get a sense of the practice, but no one answered..ever! I booked an appt online but it took days for it to be confirmed and it wasnt the day proposed on the calendar...ok no biggie. I didn't receive the warm welcome that I read about below. When I arrived, the front desk didn't acknowledge me for almost 3 minutes. It was a group of ladies standing at the desk discussing something and didn't even speak until they were done. Dr. Lacy was cold, and unwelcoming as well almost as if i irritated her. Especially when i asked for liquid forms of meds because of my pill phobia. She didnt bother to see if an alternative was available. I was asked my concerns on the intake paperwork and she did not ask reasons why or give advice on how move to forward. There was no personal connection. My reasons for going to her was to not feel like another number and find a doctor I could trust and feel comfortable with, but I didn't. Maybe she was having an off day, but my anxiety with obgyns won't allow me to find out for sure. Because if this was to be first impressions, I rather not continue.

My appointment was just for blood work. I went in and went straight back and was out in 5 mins.

The office has a cool vibe, unexpected and appreciated. The exam room was immaculate and bright. Everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Lacy took care of everything quickly and put me at ease.

Scheduled an appointment, took off work, drove all the way to midtown from Cordova and I was lost!! Had no idea where to park or where the office was. To make it worse nobody would answer the phone. How are you a doctors office us you don’t answer the phone! I called six times. Eventually I gave up and went home. What a waste of time

Dr. Lacy is great! The practice is super inclusive and welcoming. I’ve never felt belittled or like my concerns didn’t matter. Definitely recommend her and her entire staff!

Dr. Lacy and her team are wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing OBGYN services.

I’m supppeerrrr comfortable when I’m with Dr Lacy and her team. So relaxing. And I don’t feel rushed and allowed to ask questions

This is a doctor's appointment that I don't mind going to. Everything always goes smooth. Dr. Lacy is a great doctor that cares about her patients and she has a wonderful staff that's so kind????❤️!!!

I hate this office. I went there for transgender care the staff constantly misgendered me. They never answer phones they don't send prescriptions and you have to wait in the waiting room for 30min to an hour before you even see anyone there. I've had 3 other friends who had the same issue with this office. The final tipping point was at my last appointment Dr.Lacy was extremely rude she refused to explore alternative forms of testosterone for me and basically belittled and rolled her eyes at me for having a fear of needles then after just giving me a different form of needles that I didn't really want she never sent over the prescription. It's been over 6 months I haven't had my stuff and haven't been able to reach anyone at the office to fix it. The one time I did some said they would tell her. It's been another 4+ months since that and still nothing. I would never recommend this office. And seriously hope they fix their communication because it's sad that one of the few places that offers transgender care in this area is so terrible.

I really liked Dr. Lacy. But how do you get the office to return your phone call? I’ve left three messages this week and even tried the online chat bot. I never heard back. Am I missing something? I really needed to speak with someone.

Provider was thorough, made me feel heard and like my concerns would be addressed.

I was not informed that my appointment was canceled. Apparently they whole building was shut down because of flooding. No one notified me before my appointment. I received notification hours after. After driving to the office and being told by a maintenance man that no office in the building was open. What a surprise!

Could not get the Dr. To call in my prescription. I called office every week for 3 weeks. They said it was time for my yearly exam. I explained to them I was out of town and would not return until April. I could come in when I get back to town. No one called me no one fill my prescription. So I’m having to go with out my meds. And taking alternative meds. I’ve only seen her 1 time. And she seems like a very good DR. So don’t know if it’s office staff not giving her the messages or what. Dr. Lacy is incredibly kind and understanding.

I cannot put into words how amazing Dr. Lacy and her team are. They are fast and efficient and provide such a safe place for meaningful and personalized treatment and care. I cannot recommend Dr. Lacy and her team enough. Best of all, they listen. My appointment yesterday was truly life changing in the best of ways!

I recommend and give Dr.Lacy and her staff five stars, Very thorough and efficient and caring make and you feel like a value-able customer. Any questions and concerns there just one phone away .

The wait was a bit long, but this was expected as I was a new patient. Dr. Lacy was fabulous! She roller her time and explained things to me. The office was clean and organized. I will definitely return to this office. The only negative is that they dont validate parking, but I was less there less than 2 hours so it was only $2.

Dr. Lacy cares about her patients, and takes time to answer questions and respond to concerns. She and her staff are always welcoming and professional, making pleasant and efficient.

My first time visit at Dr. Lacy's office was very pleasant. Dr.Lacy and her staff made me feel so welcome and very comfortable. All questions/concerns were answered. I will very well referred any of my family, friends to Dr. Lacy if they are in need of an OB/GYN Dr. Lacy gets. Thumbs Up from me. (5)

Words can not explain how amazing my experience was with Dr.Lacy, this was my first appointment with her but if felt as though she had been my physician forever. She made me feel so comfortable expressing my concerns & issues I was having, she explained everything very throughly and left absolutely no questions unanswered. Dr. Susan Lacy and her staff are phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and understanding of the patient's needs and concerns. She spends quality time talking to you and explaining your exams and results. I have been seeing Dr. Lacy for the last 21 years, and love her new and modern office!

Very down to earth. She answered all my questions, and guided me through my process. Best experience at the doctor's office I've ever had

I like Dr. Lacy. She is a very sweet and capable doctor. Unfortunately, her office seems to be staffed by people who really are not helping her. I have had nothing but trouble with everything from unreturned phone calls-staff blamed phone trouble-to insurance claim forms being submitted improperly-I actually had to contact my insurance company to assist her billing officer in properly submitting a claim. I have had 4 visits to the office and every single one of them was a hassle. I won't be going back.

Dr Lacy is warm and thorough. Her office is inviting and inclusive. I have had chronic abdominal pain for so long, have had ovarian cysts, and have been dismissed by other gynecologists. As a trans person, it's been hard to find adequate reproductive care and even harder to find a doctor who takes my pain seriously and treats me with respect. Dr Lacy listened to everything I've experienced, asked me lots of questions, and offered me solutions as well a plan to move forward with pain management. I was able to discuss my gender identity journey, as well as my needs and goals with HRT openly and ask questions without feeling judged or self conscious. It is a relief to no longer feel like I have to settle for less than adequate care. I have only been in the office once and it was the best gynecological experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr Lacy for anyone seeking a gynecologist, especially trans and GNC folks. Dr Lacy is warm and thorough. Her office is inviting and inclusive.
