From the start the staff was astonishing as my child needed to be seen ASAP as a new patient. Alison was great ,kind,understanding and got us in so greatful.. Then I and my son meet Dr.Jeiven I was astonished what a absolute amazing doctor. Took a thorough examination with great explanation and understanding. I felt herd regarding son's health and care he is receiving. You can truly tell she understands/passionate in her field and deeply passionate in finding the answer. Genuinely from my heart I'm thankful to find her and staff and trust my son's health ! We need more physicians like her!

Dr Jeiven is simply the best. She is caring, thorough, and inquisitive. She wants to solve problems. When she sees your child, your child is the only person that matters. My daughter is no longer a child but has suffered for a few years with no relief. After a summer seeing Dr Jeiven, her life has improved significantly. I met Dr Jeiven years ago when my daughter had a feeding tube and I had the ambition to have it removed. Susan is extremely thorough and she really does care about your child. She's more than a doctor, she becomes part of your team. My daughter died almost a year ago and today Dr. Susan Jeiven called to check up on me. Reminded me of the wonderful woman and the amazing doctor that she is and she deserves a million 5 * reviews. Thank you Dr. Jeiven! Very nice front staff. I had never felt my daughter was given a full evaluation till now. She is so thorough and listens explains everything. I wish I would have met her much sooner. She puts urgency and truly cares about helping.

Every single time I go to this Dr my son and I have to wait over 1 hour to be seen for my scheduled appointment. Their front office staff are not helpful. I have been going there for over 5 years and the one time they cancelled my 1 of 2 yearly appointments they all of a sudden no longer had the "Correct" phone number to call me at. Yet for the past 5 years I havent had problems getting my reminder calls..........Lazy and the worst time management I have ever seen in a doctors office. The Dr her
