Dr. Homesley and her staffs are the best! They are so nice and being so detailed to explain all the things while me and husband did the eye check-up. The clinic is quite small but they have everything inside. They also have good frame collection

One of Dr. Homesley's staff members inadvertently damaged my glasses. When I returned to the office, the staff member argued that she could not see any damage, and she declined to be of any help. I had to call the office manager the following morning, who agreed to help me, and Dr. Homesley agreed to cover the costs of the scratch coating, which is helpful. I appreciate the help, but am still very taken aback by the way the staff member treated what should be a fairly common customer service situation. This should replace my previous review.

Almost a month later i got my glasses

I have been misinformed TWICE now by this office and it has wound up costing me $140. The first was in June/July of 2019 when I was getting new lenses put into my glasses. I SPECIFICALLY asked about how it was going to be billed with my insurance and what my insurance would cover. I was told one thing by one person. Well, turns out I was misinformed during my initial visit and I had to pay $100 for the new lenses, when I could have received an entirely new set of glasses for that price in the first place (the reason I had opted for just the lenses was because I was under the impression my insurance would cover it and had clearly stated that during my visit). Well, now I went to order contacts. I was initially informed I had $150 to use on contacts in a 12 month period and that it would be divided between two purchases. NOPE. It had to be used all at once, so I had a remaining balance of $40 that just went entirely to waste because this I can’t seem to get accurate information from the people helping me there. I really appreciate the staff here. I received the most thorough exams ever. The doctor was knowledgeable and diligent in her exam. I ended up with a prescription for progressive lenses. The only drawback is their selection of frames is limited. But I found a pair that I didn't hate. Once they came in, Tammy was so awesome with her adjustments and precision to make sure the glasses fit. Would definitely recommend this place. I really appreciate the staff here. Dr Homesly is the sweetest lady! My family has been going to her for years !

Dr. Homesley has been our family eye doctor for many years, and she and her staff are always very thorough & friendly. My son got poked in the eye with a stick late Friday afternoon, and we were worried about damage. Dr Homesley came back into the office after having left for the day & took the time to check my son's eye. Lucky for us, as he had 2 lacerations on his cornea. Dr Homesley had the meds he needed on hand, and saved us a trip to urgent care, down the hill opthalmologist, ect. She has taken amazing care of our family & I am so grateful for her & her staff. Everyone here is knowledgeable, kind and very accommodating. I could not ask for a better group of people yo care for my eyes.

Dr. Homesley is wonderful, not only in her job but as a person as well. My whole family goes to see her. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Never a bad experience.

invariably good service and glasses

Exam and prescription took 2 hours. Dr. Homesley is unprofessional, discussing her religious and political views. Never again.

Friendly staff and great service, really recommend Dr. Homsley.

When I have an issue with my eyes or my glasses Dr. Homesley is right there to help me threw! Her staff are all professional and nice.

Great staff. They really take care of you and make sure you are happy with your service. They even explain that IF you are not happy with your service to come back and they would be happy to make any corrections needed. Dr. Susan Homesley not only is great at making sure your needs are met, she also explains everything that happens, all of the tests results, and any future issues that may arise. She makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. She never gets impatient and handles my children just as well. I have moved from the area and still drive 40 minutes to have work done by her and her staff. Great staff. They really take care of you and make sure you are happy with your service.
