Dr. Gutierrez was very helpful. I couldn’t walk with out help when I injured my hamstring. The pain was debilitating no matter what I did, even to the point of going to the emergency room. Once I found Dr. Gutierrez, I got in quickly and decided on PRP therapy. Dr. Gutierrez made it happen quickly with the benefit of several office locations. I am happy to say I am continuing to heal. Visits are promising, but follow up is poor, much confusion as to who does what in the office. Waiting for a prescription that still hasn’t been authorized. Promised returned calls are often void. Patient has to advocate for themselves.

In spite of having my first visit with Dr Gutierrez by phone I felt encouraged that she could help me with pain management when I see her face to face on Jan 19, 2021. Dr. Gutierrez is very patient, compassionate, and understanding. She took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns in great detail, leaving me feeling very comfortable with my treatment plan. I highly recommend her.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Gutierrez and her staff. I’ve been suffering from facet-joint pain for years and never really knew where my pain was coming from. I would go through each day never knowing how bad my pain would be or what caused it. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Gutierrez’s staff and they got me in right away. The staff was very friendly and were easy to work with. After a single visit Dr Gutierrez successful diagnosed my pain and we immediately came up with a game plan on how to address my pain. Fast forward a month later and my pain is MUCH more under control. I still have a tough day here and there but even on my worst days, my pain doesn’t touch the levels it did before my treatment. Dr. Susan Gutierrez is a kind, compassionate and effective doctor! I was referred to her to address chronic fibromyalgia and migraines. She completed a very detailed intake and has a holistic approach to treating me which includes hydrotherapy and getting to the root of the pain via addressing sleep.

She is so kind! She understands your problems and it shows. I would bring my mother to her. Need I say more?

This office was terrible. My entire experience here was traumatic. It was high stress, unhelpful, and Gutierrez is the worst doctor, and pretty heartless human in general. She did not help me at all and treated me as though I was a waste of her time she pawned me off on her assistant who just kept writing pain killer scripts and lecturing me about them, when THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE GUIDE. These people set me up to fail, and punished me for their lack of attention to my condition, lack of concern and clear lack in desire to help me find real life help. This was over two years ago. This place traumatized me and I swore I would do anything to give other patients the truth about how this woman treats patients. Gutierrez is all fake phony and no help. Judgemental. Rude. Emotionally damaging appointments.

Dr. Susan Gutierrez and her assistant Michelle Trumpler are some of the most caring and attentive Doctors around. Always there for you when you them and always willing to fit you in between appointments. Would recommend to anyone that is in need of a caring pain management doctor. Terrible Doctor who abandons you when you need her most. Her PA who actually saw me 95% of the time was a very nice women who did little or no examinations. Stay away from this facility if I were you.

Dr. Michelle Trumpler is really great, she is extremely caring and easy to talk to. Dr. Gutierrez is nice too.
