Dr. Susan Stephen Glander

One of my best experiences with a medical professional ever. She was thorough and compassionate. Also, her referrals have been excellent.

Seventeen years ago today, Dr. Glander delivered my third child. It was a traumatic experience that could have been avoided. Once induced, I went into convulsions and the cord wrapped around my son's neck choked him with each contraction. I had to then take medication to slow down my labor which lasted close to 9 hours that would have likely lasted 2-3 hours had we allowed nature take its course.

Best doctor ever, she helped me have my beautiful daughters. She's passionate about what she does. Dr. Glander focused on my husband and my needs throughout both my entire pregnancies ...i was high risk. She is always easy to talk to and always explained clearly what and why whatever was taking place.

I'm looking back 15 years ago and I found out that Dr. Englander delivered me back on February 28, 2001. I was looking through some birth records that we found deep in the closet and it shocked me that she was still there at Northside. I've moved down here in Montgomery, Alabama with my family around ten years ago and have been visiting Atlanta ever since. I really do hope to see Dr. Grander again sometime in the near future. Keep up the good work!
