Dr. Garwood is awesome! She is amazing! Very thorough.

Her bedside manner leaves something to be desired. She is rude, speaks too quickly for the patient to absorb what she is speaking about, and she ignores the caregivers. She chose an inappropriate time to chastise a caregiver about texting her after hours when the family member was very ill & could not go to the emergency room due to a compromised immune system. Her approach was unprofessional and ill timed. She is knowledgeable but her communication skills are lacking.

She is knowledgeable, but her communication skills are sorely lacking. As a caregiver for a patient, I have to deal with Dr. Garwood's terrible people skills at every office visit. She has snapped at me and others a few times, which is the last thing you need when you have a family member that is very sick. If we had a choice, we would go to another doctor rather than endure her attitude & poor communication skills.

She was so attentive to my husband and always listened to me and what I observed maybe even more so than the nurses reports. I had/have every confidence in her.

Could not be more pleased with the care Dr. Garwood provided. From greeting me upon admission to her knowledge and ability to thoroughly explain what was happening w my diagnosis to how and why she was treating me w the specific therapies. Her beside manner was excellent as well and furthermore all of the nurses and staff also sang her praises as one of the best physicians. My job allows me to interact w physicians on a daily basis and she is haall of the characteristics of a great physician

Top notch! Dr. Garwood was able to talk with me and have me to understand my condition and what she was doing to get me back on my feet after a very serious infection. She took her time with me, listened to me and made me feel like I was her only concern. I have complete confidence in Dr. Garwood and her staff.
