Susan J. Chamberlin

Sue is awesome in all aspects of therapy. She has helped me get through many of my life's challenges using EMDR. She is a great listener and answers my questions. If I'm struggling to understand, Sue gets on my level and explains things in a way so that I can gain a better understanding. I couldn't have found a better therapist that makes me feel safe and comfortable in her office.

Susan was often late to start and early to end sessions which I found to be disrespectful and unprofessional. She was often more concerned about the timeliness of her co-pays than being on time for our session. I found her to lack empathy and to be forgetful of even basic details of my life situation and the reasons I was seeing her, which signaled to me how little she listens (or cares) . As a result I ended my therapy.
