Dr Buenaventura is amazing. I had a breast reduction last year. I had no pain , the office staff both pre and post surgery were amazing!!!!!! She is the most impressive physician I have ever met! I adore her and I love love love the outcome of my surgery. Dianna Dresser-Heckman

Honestly, Dr.Buenaventura and her staff are the best of the best! My experience so far has been excellent w/no complaints. Dr. B is the epitome for other physicians to follow. She is interpersonable, caring and understanding. I am happy with my results from my adminoplasty-- it looks amazing!! I "highly-highly" recommend her. Please follow her directions too, this is critical and "your" responsibility-- it helps to keep up with your amazing results. Dr. B is a true professional! She is compassionate about helping others. Dr. Buenaventura and all of her staff perform at a top notch level. Their exemplary skills, kindness and character are much to be desired. I will definitely use The Sendi Cosmetic Surgery Center again! The absolute BEST in Alexandria :)

My first appointment with Dr. Buenaventura occurred in August, 2006 and I was beyond satisfied with Dr. B's professionalism, kindness, and her genuinely caring attitude. The same qualities reigned with her staff as well. The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations. I also received highest compliments resulting from my surgery from other medical professionals. My second (major) appointment in September, 2019 was much like a family reunion. Again, Dr. B and her staff exemplified the SAME true professionalism , kindness, and compassion. Once again, the results of my surgery were the VERY best. Tried to go for a consultation (which was going to cost $125). Unfriendly woman at the window said I had to let them copy my ID and fill out forms first including insurance information, social security number, multiple releases (mind you this was just for a consultation and if I had any procedures it would be paid for by me completely out of pocket, no insurance applied). The first rule of protection against identity theft is never let anyone copy your ID - she said it had to be done. NOT true (if I came back they could see it each time if they needed to). I didn't mind filling out a health history, but when I questioned 10 pages of non-applicable forms she told me if I didn't fill them all out (including an unlimited info release to anyone the doctor chose - and agreeing to pay outrageous collection and legal fees) then I couldn't see the doctor (mind you this was just for a consultation that was going to cost me $125). I left. Pretty lousy customer service and attitude. I'll find a doctor who does better with both. Wasted 2 hours of sick leave to make the trip. Dr. Buenaventura is an excellent surgeon. I am thrilled with my surgical results. Her staff is very profesional. I am a plastic surgeon myself and I highly recommend Dr. Buenaventura. I will be seeing her again.

My mother recently underwent earlobe reconstruction surgery as one of her earlobes was fully torn. The end product turned out to be even better than expected! There was absolutely no scarring, and her earlobe looked like it had never been operated on. Dr. Buenaventura also re-pierced my mother's ears successfully, really exceeding our expectations. She is very kind and attentive to each of her patients needs, as well as her staff. We highly recommend Dr. Buenaventura and her practice!

Dr. B and her entire staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had breast reduction surgery 3 years ago and I am so very happy that I did. My ob/gyn even said my surgeon (Dr. B) did a fantastic job because I have so little scarring. If you're considering breast reduction, go for it. Dr Buenaventura is a compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. She has worked with our family since my children were toddlers. From keloid treatments over the years to a recent tummy tuck that was well executed. Her staff at the practice are caring and friendly. Being in the Washingtonian as one of the top Doctors in her field is still not honor enough. I would not trust my care to anyone else! She loves what she does and patients, staff and nurses at INOVA have great things to say about Dr Buenaventura! You won't be disappointed by your level of innovative care provided by her and her team. Dr. Buenaventura is the best surgeon in the DMV her work and bedside manners are outstanding. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I had very very little pain with my tummy tuck. I can now wear a bikini I am so excited. I can't wait to schedule my next surgery.

I had explant with breast lift surgery by Dr. Buenaventura about 12 months ago and her skills are second to none. Did not encounter a single problem after the surgery and you can't see the scars. They had now turned the color of my skin and I feel like a million bucks! She is a gifted plastic surgeon and I thank my lucky stars I found her. I am not going back to her for a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction of the hips. I'm more than comfortable returning to her for additional surgeries.

I went to Dr Buenaventura for a breast reduction. She and the ladies who worked at her office always had a calming and caring attitude. My surgery went as close to perfect as anything done by humans can be. I don't know if Dr Buenaventura or the hospital (Alexandria INOVA Hospital) did this on purpose, but the nurse who prepped me for surgery had also had a breast reduction. Talking to someone who had been through the surgery and who could tell me what it was like in first person was a big help.

DR. B IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DO. ME AND MY HUSBAND IS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF MY B REDUCTION. SHE A GOD SENT. GOD HAS BLESSED HER WITH A WONDERFUL TALENT. DR.
