While I love the practice, Dr. Brown has made quite a few unnecessary comments about sexual activity to my daughter. It has made her want to avoid or lie to other OBs due to the judgement.

Dr. Brown is fantastic. No question. She does take a bit of time to get to you once you're in a room, but she then spends as much time with you as needed, so its cyclical. I'd prefer to wait and have a compassionate, caring doctor than one that views patient days as an assembly line function. Dr. Browns bedside manner is great, and she answers questions intuitively. She will tailor her explanations to us, and that paired with her knowledge, leaves us leaving feeling confident. Go on any local social media where people are asking to recommend an OB, and you'll see her name come up. I completely understand why and think she's wonderful.

Dr. Susan Brown is the best OBGYN i have ever been to. She is very patient and sweet and takes great care of her patients. I definitely recommend her if you're looking for the best OBGYN.

I have been a patient of Eastover OBGYN for over 40 years and I am appalled at the lack of caring or consideration that this particular doctor AND practice has. Atrium Health - you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to continue. I saw 2 other people leave before I did because they had been sitting in the waiting room for over an hours. I sat there for 45 minutes and was then told they were going to "get me ready to see Dr. Brown". I asked if it would be another 30 minutes and they had no idea. Note: This has happened twice before at this office and doctor AND I've only been there 3 times!! Dr Brown does not care enough about her patients to 1) Return a phone call or message 2) See her patients in a timely manner. The front office person is terrible at their job and everyone in there is completely inconsiderate of others time schedules. They don't even apologize for their mistakes. It is an absolute train wreck that I am finally going to see in my rear view. I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for years and she is a wonderful doctor however, I am beyond disappointed in the care I have recently received. My appointment today was at 10:30. I waited over 1.5 hours to be seen. I did not even see Dr. Brown herself until after 12pm. A wait that long is simply unacceptable!! When I talked to the office staff and Dr. Brown about the wait and the anxiety it caused, I was met with total disregard. On top of that, the medication that I needed and was told would be sent in never was. It is doubtful I will be returning to this office as a patient after today. As a nurse myself, I believe patients deserve a higher level of care and respect. Very kind, compassionate and professional. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about concerns or problems. Dr. Brown listens and addresses your concerns.

In my experience Dr. Brown has been a wonderful and compassionate health care provider. She has always been extremely informative in discussing my health, while making me feel comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable check up!

I'd been seeing her for a few years. One day I had aan am appointment had to get back to work. I sat in the waiting area for a half hour and when I was called I was in the room for another 15 mins without the nurse or the doctor seeing me. I came out and asked if I could change my appointment because I had to get back to work. The clerk got an attitude and rescheduled me to another office. When i got to that office i was told that i had a balance and the doctor would not see me until i paid it. At the same time I have endometriosis and was I'm so much pain. The doctor said I needed a surgery to see what was wrong. A week after being denied I got a certified letter stating the doctor dropped me. I found a new doctor after that and after an ultrasound it was found that i had a cyst that grew, so i didn't need surgery. This doctor thinks she hurt me, but she helped me because she was about to give me an unnecessary surgery. So she and her team can go to hell!! I'd been seeing her for a few years. She always has time to listen to my concerns and explain very well all my options. Always with a smile, amazing personality. One of the best Doctors I ever had.

I have been going to Dr. Brown for 10 years and now my daughter is going to her. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to you and work with you. A few years ago she recommended PT for a bladder issues. I am so thankful as it made all the difference in the world! I highly recommend Dr. Brown!

The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Dr. Brown took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made sure I understood the medical terminology. Not once did I feel rushed or unimportant. I left my appointment feeling confident and comfortable knowing I was in great hands.

Dr. Brown is very thorough and always has a smile on her face. She expains everything very well and never makes you feel rushed. She makes you feel very comfortable and over all has a great personality that makes you feel happy. She goes out of her way to make feel better when you feel miserable with pregnancy, hemorroids, or any other affliction. Dr. Brown is the best obgyn doctor I've ever had and I would definitely recommend her.
