I went to see PA Jessica Sebastian. She was so kind , professional and compassionate. She wasn't able to assist with my issue so she scheduled me with the actual surgeon to help me 2 days later. She would get a 5 star from me for going above and beyond. Unfortunately, the customer service was a very traumatizing experience. My appointment eventually got cancel due to conflict of schedule of the doctor and spoke to this very rude scheduler name Mary who was very unprofessional and treated as my health didn't matter. Very snarky, alot of attitude, cold and raise her voice at me all because I ask politely if she can ask the doctor if I can be seen sooner then the appointment that she was trying to give me 1 week and 3 days later.. Even tried to compromise to go to either of their location or another physician. Explain her my symptoms and what going at my home( which I didn't have to) and she shrug it off because she just didn't care.

Horrible. I was 15 years old and had to have my gallbladder removed due to gallstones and gangrene (cholecystitis). She botched the surgery and nearly killed me. I was rushed back to the ER 2 days later suffering from peritonitis and a severe infection due to a bile leak. I was in the hospital for about 3 weeks total. It was the most traumatizing experience of my life.
