Dr. Susan Marie Arceneaux

Rude unprofessional joke of a doctor. More worried about being a know it all and accusations and presumptions without merit or fact. I can’t wait to report her to anyone who will listen. I wouldn’t take a sick animal to see her. When people are coming to you for help and you treat them like they are a criminal or that it’s their fault there is a problem. If you don’t like being a doctor and can’t treat people with respect maybe it’s time to find a new job. Uncaring unprofessional rude and incompetent doctor

Horrible doctor. The worst I have seen in 30 years. She lives to have you over a barrel. DO NOT SEE HER AS YOUR DOCTOR. As bad as this is you are better going to the street. She is THAT bad.

This Dr is ridiculous and rude. She's a judgemental Dr that doesn't seem to care or want to help. If you are planning on scheduling, I wouldn't even think twice about going to this place. Think smart!

This place is just awful! You literally sit in her office for 8 hours! Don’t schedule a patient every half hour & make them sit!! People have jobs & lives to live!! This is unbelievable.

Awful. I've been waiting for 3 hours.

I find Dr arceneaux a refreshing breath of air! She is an amazing doc who cares. Yes you will be there for a few hours but that is because she treats every patient with the same care and respect! Betty is also amazing! I'm not crazy about the receptionist at all! But everyone else is wonderful! Go there willing to put in the work or don't bother. Dr arceneaux will treat you with the amount of respect you treat her and yourself with. She won't care if you don't! Pills don't fix the problem u do!

This Dr. Is a JOKE!! Don't waste your time!! 2 hour wait!! She wouldn't help me and wouldn't tell me why!

Her staff is amazing. Her one receptionist does the billing, scheduling, customer service,really she does about 3 people's jobs by herself, then she does half of the doctor's work! Dr. Arceneaux has been rude, she's made very odd judgemental comments, and has been known to punish patients by making them wait. Also, be prepared to give the doctor 6 hours each visit, due to her lack of computer skills. Her requirements were deemed unethical in a federal hearing.

After reading such horrible reviews in regards to Dr. Arceneaux's staff I felt the TRUTH should be told. I don't particularly care for Dr. Arceneaux, but her nurse Tasha is absolutely amazing.what people don't understand is that she is the only employee in that office doing the job about 2 to 3 different people. I've sat& watched her be called names& be talked about badly with no one to take up for her. She does a GREAT job with awesome bedside manner! She is most definitely under appreciated!

Everytime I go I wait in the waiting for over 2 hrs then wait in the exam room for over an hour. Her staff is never the same and very inexperienced. They never fill out paperwork and fax or send it where it needs to go. You have a less than 50% chance they will even answer your call or even have an answering machine on let alone return a call

Dr Arceneaux is really a brilliant Dr
