The only reason I gave a 4 to the appointments is that it's not that it's necessarily difficult, but due to the large patient body and various offices, you are limited to where you get your vaccinations to the office that handles it. So the appointments with Dr. Suresh aren't a problem, just if you have difficulty getting a vaccine on that specific day of the week at the office, you have to wait till the next week if you can't fit it in that day...unless you go to Dublin which I believe is open daily Mon-Fri.
