Dr Chhibber is the best PCP we could hope for. She listens and is an excellent problem solver. We continue to send our friends to her and every one of them adore her too!

My wellness check with Dr. Chhibber was very informative, helpful, and enjoyable. She answered all my questions and gave me good advice on what I should do.

Awful and greedy. My wife went in for a sinusitis ( later properly diagnosed) and all she got was 2 mn of lung listening and a cough syrup AND everything had to be paid in advance since they apparently do not work with major insurances.....greedy medicine at its best...

Horrible experience with the reception. Expecting to see Dr. Chhibber but apparently we are supposed to pay $150 every month out of pocket to see her. Associated with her is Dr. White’s office but they never answer your calls as they don’t charge you that VIP Price. Ridiculous service.

I really do like Dr. Chhibber. She and her staff are so warm to all their patients. She takes time with all her patients and discusses test and bloodwork completely. If you have questions, she answers in detail. She never tries to make the patient feel rushed. I am truly satisfied with Dr. Chhibber and I recommend her to anyone who asks. Excellent attention Dr. Chhibber and the staff are friendly, helpful and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.

Very poor care of patients in general and average advice. Now Dr. Suparna is charging 100$/month to see her instead of other doctors working for her. She calls It “VIP program”. I found this unethical.

Beware if you consider coming here for immigration medical exams. The staff was beyond terrible with timely communication. Covid-19 hit soon after our visit, so the only way for me to reach out to the clinic was by phone, and that was fine I understood that. But every time I called the clinic for an update on the test result, about half the time nobody would pick up the phone, and when they did, the response would either be "I'll talk to the doctor and call back" or "Our office is still closed, but we will let you know as soon as we are open." I swear to god, over the 6 weeks, out of AT LEAST 5 promises to call us back, they never did a single time, UNTIL we nearly ran out of time and decided to switch to another clinic while demanding a refund from this one. This time, they called back almost immediately, and promised to get us the report in a couple days. We finally got the report signed by the PA in the supposedly "closed" office. Again, the ONLY time they called us back was when we were asking for a refund, and there was zero apology from the staff ever for the failure to keep us up to date with necessary information. I have been using this doctor for a few years. I think about 2 years. I believe she is not knowledgeable and also lacks care and compassion. Here are a few items you might find useful. Very long wait time. Unorganized and dirty office. Careless and rude office staff. Wrong diagnosis. Unfortunately, I had to use her because of my insurance but the moment I was able the get out of it, I did. Now using a new facility I realize what it means to be treated properly. Dr. Chhibber is one of the worst doctor experiences I have ever had and that goes beyond her wrong diagnosis. She simply can’t manage her office and staff. Last but not least, a few months ago she came up with a new plan to charge he patients a few thousand dollars per year beyond what she charges normally!!! They gave the program a fancy name and tried to sell it to me. Of course I did not join. I am not one of those people who leave bad reviews carelessly. I know this has an impact on her business and feel bad about it. But all the mentioned items have been discussed with her first but no action was taken to address my concerns. I am torn between leaving a good review and bad review. I HAVE had good experiences with Dr. Chhibber and her staff has been nice to me. My appointment last year went great and their COVID protocols were on point, however, they announced they were going to start some new VIP care service (they have a special name for it). It required an out-of-pocket cost that was very expensive and made zero sense to me because I have great coverage with my health insurance. I then learned that if you did not join, you would get moved to another doctor within the same practice. No offense to the other doctor (not sure who he/she is) but that is not right. I chose Dr. Chhibber and did not want to be moved just because I was not willing to pay for a service I did not need. I'm grateful to have a PPO insurance where I can pick my own specialists, customize the care I receive therefore making it more "VIP" than what they are offering without having to pay for some nonsense program. Dr.Erin is the best doctor ,she is very kind ,caring and made me so comfortable by explaining everything in detail and the staff is very helpful.

Dr. Chhibber is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor. She is not only skilled but truly cares and takes time to listen to patient. I highly recommend this doctor.

Unprofessional, incapable, waste of time. Caused me time that I can not get back from lack of admin/front desk skills and never felt comfortable with the doctors. Given bad advice and was shown lack of solid guidance from Chibber. Could go on and on about what makes this a bad practice...

The customer service in this office is terrible. The girl named Bridget is very rude over the phone. This office keeps rescheduling your appointment with Dr.. Chibber last minute. They send you a confirmation text 1 week in advance and you confirm. Then they cancel one day before saying the doctor has a mandatory meeting. Obviously the meeting was not scheduled one day before. They are a very mismanaged office. More than anything they offer poor customer service and extremely rude. Also a big factor is that the doctor or the office does not dollow up with you on your test results especially if anything positive shows up. Dr.Chibbars has such a positive disposition and good bedside manners. She’s patient and answers all the questions you have. Every visit makes me feel valued instead of me just being another patient and number.

Dr. Chhibber always takes the time to really listen to my questions and asks good follow up questions in return. I also like working with her PA who seems highly competent and not quite as rushed, so I feel more comfortable asking her questions that require a more detailed conversation.

Erin did a great job diagnosing my mother. She was very patient and demonstrated a lot of compassion listening to all my mother's concerns.

Dr. Chhibber and her staff manage their patients and the office well. The appointment times are fairly consistent. If I call the office with a question or a problem, the staff responds accordingly and promptly. It is why I continue to keep Dr. Chhibber my family doctor.

Dr Ramsey is the sweetest. She takes her time with you and explains everything in full detail. I enjoy my visits here. This front desk is amazing as well she is great at her job! The medical assistant is as super kind as well. You can tell that this staff loves what they do!
