Dr Patel is great. But the call system at this office is one of the worse I have ever encountered. No direct line to speak to a person. When you try to "leave a message for the nurse", you are put on indefinite hold.

This doctor is very rude, and they are just out for money. They rather not check your insurance and charge a downpayment. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who has a child.

Dr. Patel is a pediatrician for my daughter, Last year he found that Lead level was elevated for my daughter. He immediately suggest the steps to take care to reduce the lead level but after some month we found that levels were not increasing but not decreasing as well. Then he contacted the State agency to check the lead level source in our home and surrounding areas. Agency guys found that the spices we bought from our home country was the reason of elevated lead level. We immediately stop using those and now after few month her lead level came down to 5 which is a huge relief. We are grateful to Dr. Patel to go beyond and above to find out the root cause of Lead level to treat my daughter. Dr. Patel is an amazing pediatrician, and he is also very patient and kind. On all appointments, he is always ready to answer as many questions as I have, and as carefully as he can to put my mind at ease. Another great thing is that the staff and nurses are all very helpful and ready to support. Highly recommended

Dr. Patel is an outstanding pediatrician! My son saw him for years, but he's now too old for pediatrician. Dr. Patel is very thorough, great bedside manner, gives lots of info about illnesses, & patiently answers all my questions. He's very knowledgeable & knows when referral to specialist is needed. He was named 2016 Pediatrician of the Year (from all the docs in the Texas Childrens Hospital clinics). Very highly recommend Dr. Patel!!

Both of my kids have been patients of Dr. Patel since birth. He always talks the kids like they're people, not little idiots. He explains everything before he does anything (look in ears, listen to heart). I am so glad to have Dr. Patel as my kids doctor.

Dr Patel is a very good doctor, very patient and answer all question we have (usually we write a lot of questions for every appointment and he never look like impatient, he answers all of them). Also, his staff are very professional. Every time I have a question, I call the office, leave a message for Dr Patel and one of the nurses call me back really quick! I definitely recommend him!
