Totally Unprofessional. I was shocked at her Unprofessional behavior. I've been to many neurologists throughout my life. I have never witnessed a doctor behave this way. Her questioning was completely out of line and had nothing to do with my issues. Please stick to business and perform the tasks as required. Telling me her personal beliefs rather than medical facts was stunning to me. Definitely going elsewhere as Torrance is filled with wonderful neurologists.

I've been a migraine patient of Dr. Sunitha Bharadia's for years and she's been amazing at the whack-a-mole process of stamping out my multiple triggers. She's very creative and always trying out new meds and techniques, some of which don't work, but some work quite well. My problem is that I had an appointment scheduled for Dec 23 and when I showed up, the office was closed. I thought it was just a front office mistake, scheduling me during a holiday, but since then I've tried 10 times or more to call and the answering service just hangs on hold for 20 minutes then hangs up or just loops. This has been going on for weeks. Are they still open? I saw mention of the EHR SpotMD app on some reviews here, and I tried downloading it but there's no way to message a doctor without signing in, and I can neither sign in (I don't have an account) nor sign up because it says my info is already in the app somehow. If anyone from the office reads this, please call me ASAP.

Doctor Sunitha is dealing and taking care very well, I recommend her but waiting time should be considered, waiting to see her took almost one hour in our last appointment…

I have been trying to call to get my toddler an appointment for the last two weeks and have left messages and still no call back. The answering machine states they are open until 5pm yet I’ve called at 9am, 10:30am and 1:30 pm and it indicates the office is now closed!

My visit to Sunitha Bharadia's office entailed a long wait up front. After finally getting into the service area, a young lady came in acting like a doctor and interrogated me. Turns out she was not a doctor at all. I was given several lengthy tests by another lady (no doubt very expensive ones for Medicare to pay for). When I went back for the results, it turns out all the tests were totally useless and revealed absolutely nothing, simply serving as money-makers for the office. On the return visit, Sunitha Bharadia finally appeared. She supposedly had reviewed all the tests. She had absolutely nothing to tell me about my condition! The whole thing was a waste. It's a shame Medicare has to be billed for such useless procedures. Not only that, Sunitha Bharadia then billed Medicare for another office visit later, which NEVER occurred. I informed Medicare of the attempted fraudulent charge. Hopefully, the current medical system, which is utterly corrupt, will be gone soon.

Extremely poor care of patients. Dr. over-books patients, forcing them to wait a horrendous amount of time. Last visit, the staff and Dr. forgot we were in a back exam room and didn’t know we were there until I came out of the room with my daughter (patient) to leave because it had been an hour and a half since we we brought in. Personable, professional, and compassionate doctor who is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She has helped my husband and I with several issues over the years, always with great results. We have no more pain thanks to this incredible doctor!

I would like to start by saying Dr. Sunitha Bharadia is amazing and so is her staff! Her staff is always warm and welcoming! They treat you with respect and understanding! To have a staff like that you need an amazing Boss! Now, I was skeptical about seeing a new doctor! I feared she wouldn't listen to me ! Not only did she listen she spent time with me! She ran the tests herself! She made sure I had an answer before I left her office! I can always call her office and she will see me even if I don't have an appointment! I'm never dismissed! I've been to Doctors that haven't been so understanding that didn't listen! It almost costed me my life! It's so refreshing to have a Doctor that gives a damn ! Dr. Bharadia is one of the best doctors with whom I have ever dealt. She cares much more about healing your personal issue than about making money. She spends incredible amounts of time and attention, and solves problems that other doctors aren't able to grasp. I have had chronic shoulder and neck pain, with associated neurological issues, for about 15 years on and off. Through trying various methods and her experience, she has dramatically helped me in a situation where I have probably visited 50+ doctors, holistic practitioners, chiropractors, and anything else you can imagine. I am extremely grateful for Dr Bharadia. Five years ago my daughter, who has Autism, was very ill and barely thriving. Dr Bharadia, able to think 'outside the box', started her on a medication that within 2 days brought her back to life. She has continued to follow up with my daughter's care over the years and despite being out of network, charges a very low office visit fee. She and her staff are always there to help with advocating for medications to be covered and with referrals for therapy through our insurance. I am extremely grateful for Dr Bharadia. Dr. Sunitha Bharadia is an excellent doctor. She is very kind and has always treated me and my mother very well. I read these other reviews that say she was a bad doctor or that she treated them badly and I do not believe them. She is a wonderful person, so obviously the people complaining about her are the real problem "not her". I work in the medical field and know that there are difficult people that just want to complain about everything and will always look for something to complain about and you cant please everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Sunitha Bharadia and everyone that I have referred to her has been very happy with the care that they received. My mom loves her.

I am flabbergasted by her unprofessional behavior. She has been treating my mother for Alzheimer for about nine years and she has been pleasant, courteous, and relatively punctual during those years. However, her services have been faltering. Last year we showed up to an appointment and she did not attend us and asked her nurse to see us. We dismissed this as an occasional mishap. We saw her last in November 2018. We showed up to a regular appointment in March 2019 and, again, the doctor was not available, a nurse saw us. We called couple days ago (Tuesday) because my mother was having a crisis with New - stroke like- symptoms and we were extremely concerned and asked the assistant to ask the doctor to advise us in what to do. We were given an expedited appointment for today, Thursday, at 10:15 am. Regardless of our crisis, the doctor did not see us and send the nurse again!! We insisted we should see her but the nurse insisted she was busy. We Walked out of her office.

Extremely unprofessional especially when her treatments aren’t working she decides to blame my pain all of a sudden on psychological issues! Instead of taking responsibility for her inability to diagnose my problem, when I call to change my appointment suddenly she doesn’t take Medicare anymore! If your looking for an intelligent qualified and truely helpful Nuerologist, go anywhere but here!!

I feel I was possibly misdiagnosed here. After several normal tests and prescribed medications I didn’t see results and suffered bad side effects. The office staff is terrible at following up and returning calls. That’s all they care about is getting you in for more testing so they can make more money. I think I’m going elsewhere.

Dr. Bharadia, in my opinion, is one of the best neurologists in California. She really listens to her patients and provides the best answer/ solution to their concerns. Dr. Bharadia is kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a neurologist.

After waiting 2 days for a promised return phone call to schedule an appointment for my daughter, I called the office and tried once again to schedule an appointment. The scheduler said they were too busy over the last 2 days to call me back, and that they would need to call me back later to schedule an appointment, but that the first open appointment was at least 6 weeks away (and probably later by the time they actually called me back to schedule an appointment). #NextNeurologist...

Dr Bharadia is amazing! I'm so used to Doctors not caring or being in such a rush to get to the next patient! I was pleasantly surprised by her! She took time and very good care of me! Her staff is very nice, considerate and caring! Over all she is one of the best Doctors I've ever met! Having a Doctor like her is priceless!!!! Thanks, so much for listening and taking care of me!

Dr. Sunitha Bharadia is one of the most thorough, caring and understanding physicians I have ever seen, regardless of specialty. She carefully considers the whole patient - posture, behaviors, medications, habits, work, leisure - to better diagnose. And she is open-minded about many sorts of alternative therapies to treat her patients. I gladly recommend her to ANYONE seeking neurological treatment. She looks you in the eye and speaks directly to you in a warm and friendly manner.

Dr. Sunitha Bharadia is: intelligent, thoughtful, caring. She looks you in the eye when she talks to you and calls you by your first name (if you wish). Her expertise, ability and instincts have been spot-on. I feel she is part of my family.

Amazing office and office staff! Quick to get back but Dr takes her time with you and answers all your questions!!!! Love it there!!!! I lived in LA at the time now Paramount and I will only go there
