Dr. Sunita N Godiwala

She truly doesn’t seem to care when you’re sick and need an appointment. This woman is extremely difficult to get in touch with as well. The office is unprofessional and they simply have to respect for patients. Do NOT go to this practice. She will be so dismissive about your concerns and do nothing until you’re extremely ill.

HORRENDOUS OFFICE STAFF While the doctor herself is pretty good, the front office is worse than incompetent. Nothing is digitalized - there are disorganized manila folders everywhere. My husband was trying to make an appointment which his insurance picked this Dr for him and the receptionist was horrible and rude to him told him to go to urgent care or the ER cause they are booked out And basically hung up on him. I’m sure Dr. Godiwala is wonderful but the office is HORRIBLE don’t waste your time.

Horrible, my girlfriend is very sick. Switched to Reliant helped within minutes.

Greedy heartless doctor My doctor was on vacation and I needed a prescription and godiwala was the backup. So i went in to just get a prescription and godiwala wanted to ask me a million questions even though my doctors office sent over my information. After 30 min of answering questions I finally got my prescription. A week later I got a bill for 500 dollars. I definitely didnt pay that because I only went there to pick up a prescription. My doctor retired a couple of months ago but I still have godiwala as my backup for prescriptions. Cvs faxed over info for godiwala to fill out and she denied my request to get my prescription just because she gets no money out of it. Accommodating and easy to speak with, I feel very comfortable here and voicing medicinal concerns. My only issue is this phone number listed doesn’t seem to work anymore? I’m trying to schedule an appointment and can’t get through, no matter what time or day!

Dr. Godiwalla and staff have helped me often in a friendly and compassionate manner. At times I have been accommodated with last minute appointments for my mental health, and otherwise I have usually been able to get an appointment within a week.

She has been my doctor since I was a little kid. She has never steered me wrong and I am completely confident in seeing her.

Awful doctor, go somewhere else

They tried charging me for a co-pay for a well-visit and even yelled and threatened me. Not only that, my insurance company said I didn't owe anything. 2 months later, they changed the billing for the visit in order to charge the copay! This doctor is a sham and is likely committing insurance fraud since they only deal in cash.

This office does not even deserve a 1 star. They deserve 0! I am so disgusted in this doctors office. They have ZERO respect! She's been great with me. I would recommend her

Have been a patient of Dr. Godiwala for a few years. Dr. Godiwala has always been very knowledgeable and professional. The staff in her office have been accommodating, friendly and respectful. Too bad others have reported unfavorable experiences but I can only say praises.

They can always get me in for an appointment quickly and the doctor is very thorough and helpful with whatever issue I'm seeing the doctor for.
