Excellent doctor with to the point diagnosis and treatment and very jovial patent interaction by him and his staff.

We (including two seniors and kids in our home) been their patients for about 10+ years and have always had a great experience with treatment, staff and paperwork handling. Highly recommend Dr Singhal.

Absolutely terrible. Sunit had me leaving in tears as he was so rude to me and absolutely no help at all. Told me I had no idea what I was talking about.. it’s my body. So many bad things I could say about this place but will leave it at that so google doesn’t remove my review

This establishment is horrible- they do not support LBBQT- treating us horrible- I got judged and treated very poor upon arrival. Can’t believe that a place like this can’t still be open in 2020. Mr. (Shouldn’t be doctor) should be looked into as he is very very very very poor at even pretending to do his job

COMPLETE SCAM- will do whatever they can to make you have to come in as frequently as possible. They say it’s “common practice” that they have to follow, but no other places do this. All the receptionist are the rudest people you will ever talk to. I get a headache just talking to them. Sunit Singhal is the last person I would ever trust my kids health with. He almost laughs as he tells you you have to spend more money. No idea how he even got to open this place. Best thing about this office, is that the location is in a busy area so you have a few other options and don’t have to go here. Excellent service, great staff and Dr Sunit really go the extra mile.

They won’t change meds over the phone. I live in midtown and can’t just drop everything . What a con artist . Why do you need me to come in when other doctors can clearly change it over the phone, the medication isn’t even a controlled substance. This doctor is a waste of my time!

Dr Sunit Singhal At Suburban Medical is a great listener, extremely knowledgeable, and provides insightful diagnosis. I have high confidence in him and his staff. I Greatly appreciate Dr. Singhal’s thoroughness and professionalism.

UPDATE 8/15/18: Dr. Singhal and his office staff refuse to provide a copy of my records to me personally. I have had to retain legal services and they will not speak with me directly. I had to do that because the Dr. refuses to return my calls. I will now be dealing with the medical board. The guy is a whacko! ************************************************************************** INITIAL POST: Although Dr. Singhal was great at listening, I was not feeling a connection. Very patient but I felt as if I was the doctor and he was the patient. He did not resolve any of my issues but sent me to his nephew (various staff members and assistants are family) who is an orthopedic doctor who helps out twice a week in his office. "Kevin" ordered an special MRI which is rarely issued if not a professional athlete. The imaging office called to verify procedure as I was obviously not the norm candidate for it. I had it done anyway. Two weeks have passed and I cannot get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon because Kevin won't be in the typical days that he usually is. I cannot go see him outside of Dr. Singhal's office because Kevin is a doctor in the ER at Emory Hospital. Ugh. I received the bill yesterday for the MRI -- $7K. I went for two other opinions, and both doctors agreed that the procedure from Dr. Singhal's office was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. They had already done the x-rays and that should have been sufficient. In addition, my daughter went in for acne medicine. The doctor owns an adjacent suite with a medical spa. He insisted that my daughter go to his spa to clear her acne but needed to be aware that insurance wouldn't cover it. "He'd give me a good price though since we're patients of his!" Really?!?! Nice Doctor.....however....WAIT time is insane, illegal, and just not respectful of others time. Please and I beg please inform patients if they are waiting longer than 30 minutes. Just let patients know......ugh!!!!!!!! But VERY, VERY NICE Doctor.

I have had a very good experience visiting his practice every time. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Dr Singhal is a patient listener, he’s caring and spends time to understand the issues.

Dr Singhal is very thorough and listens to patients very attentively. I am very pleased with his care for patient and accurate diagnosis. Contrary to other reviews here, my experience is that Dr Singhal does not want you to visit unnecessarily. Unlike other practices where they were asking me to get tests done quarterly, Dr Singhal recommends six-monthly unless something changes.

I had gone to see Dr Sunit Singhal for my annual Physical exam. When I received the bill, it had bogus office visit charges in addition to preventive services which my insurance company paid. I tried contacting Sunit several times to understand why he has charged me for office visit but he won't respond. I have refuted those charges with my insurance company and am going to file a complaint with Georgia State Medical Board for such unethical practice.

Very pleased with Dr. Singhal’s practice. Glad to have them in the area. Nice to have appointment / walk-in option.

Seems more interested in multiple visits and refilling prescriptions than effective and efficient patient care. A truly revenue motivated mindset above all else I'm afraid. Dr. Singhal displays a very poor attitude at times which drove me away from there and am receiving much better care elsewhere.

Dr. Singhal is a great doctor, who listens patiently, offers accurate diagnosis and also has the ability to treat you quickly to get better. His outstanding skills and his staff’s attitude are the driving factors for anyone to go to Suburban Medical Center!

I have been a patient of Dr.Sunit Singhal for 15+ years He cares about getting to the root of your problem. If you want a Dr. Who knows his stuff I would recommend him. Also, the energy he gives you making you feel better, important, just that family-oriented feeling. If you are looking for a doctor that will take time to listen and be genuinely concerned than Dr.Singhal is the best! You will never be pushed in and out of his office and left feeling like your health issues were left unaddressed!

I would definitely recommend anyone see Dr. Singhal! I've been his patient for a long time and definitely intend on continuing my care with him.

Suburban Medical Center provides excellent, courtesy and professional care and has been our family's primary medical care for nearly 20 years, ever since establishing their office here in Peachtree Corners. Whether it's a routine visit or an urgent situation, I always have confidence in Dr. Singhal and the team at SMC to take care of our needs.

I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new PCP. Dr. Singhal went beyond my expectations, and I am glad to have by chance passed by his office on my way to the forum. Will definitely be returning for any future problems me or my family might have.

As a healthcare provider I know the importance of having a good internist to oversee my own overall health. In Dr. Singhal I found a physician that exceeds my expectations. He is kind, patient focused, a great listener who genuinely wants to hear my concerns and a thorough practitioner. In my professional opinion this is a physician who leaves no stone unturned. He impressed me as a competent diagnostician not someone who merely medicates symptoms. I have complete trust and confidence in him.

I had a visit at his office. The ancillary staff was very professional and efficient and I was allowed as much time as I needed to discuss my health concerns and ask questions. Dr. Singhal listened and genuinely seem to care about addressing everything I asked about. Class operation start to finish. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Dr. Singhal as a primary care physician.

Front office staff was very friendly and had all my paperwork together before I arrived at my appointment. Dr. Singhal was very thorough during my exam. He was happy to answer all of my questions and I was even able to fill my medication at his office.

I was initially seen at this practice as a walk-in patient without an appointment. I had next to no wait time and I was treated with such kindness by all of the office staff and then by the treating physician. I felt the provider took the time to listen to me, ask questions and then discuss what tests should be performed to accurately create a treatment plan. This provider is about proper diagnosis and not just treatment of signs and symptoms. Very impressed with the entire experience.

My family has used Dr. Singhal for at least 15 years. Through the years other members of my extended family including my elderly 90 year old parents and several siblings, have also started to use his services. He is always very thorough and proactive with his diagnosis and treatment. His staff is always polite and helpful.

Appears more focused on revenue than in actually helping patients. Only looks for the quick fix route via the prescription pad. I tend to doubt his integrity and character based on several visits with him.

Bills for after hours visits during normal business hours. Does not make patient aware of this at time of appointment. Dishonest and unethical.

I have used Dr. Singhal for all of my children as well as my elderly parents for 15 years or so. I would recommend his services for families. He has great office hours and he listens to patients concerns....

My wife and I have been very pleased with Dr. Singhal and his medical facility. We are seen in a timely manner and he is very personable. He takes time to hear you and provides just the right care that is needed. I have have had multiple physicals, pneumonia twice and few colds/flu that he has treated successfully. He staff is well trained and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr Singhal since 2001. He handles everything for me and my 5 kids. We love their office!

Dr. Singhal is an amazing physician and knows his medicine. He has been my families PCP for the last 10 years. We highly recommend him to the community. He is very professional and takes time to go over results. He never rushes out of the room, leaving us in confusion. Love the new building and his staff!!

Very professional staff; Dr. Singhal is very polite and thorough. Their waiting times can get a little longer than 30 minutes but I have heard other clinic times are much longer.

I would give this doctor all zeros but that was not an option. My 6 year old son was having an asthma attack and he refused to see him over a technicality. They would not even let me pay for services. Pretty much treated us like we were homeless!!! Very unprofessional staff and facility.
