He’s treated my mother horribly , said what did I expect, She’s old , told me she had a stroke when she didn’t , I had him fired from her care . Avoid at all costs

Doctor Desai was instrumental in saving my husband's life after a major heart attack. He followed him throughout his long hospitilization and rehab. He is competent and thinks quickly and I have since adopted him as my internal physician.

Dr. Desai is very good, but the receptionists are VERY rude, abrupt, and incompetent (just as many others have said). Finding a new doctor.

No he is not helpful at all

Dr. Desai takes the time to listen to your concerns.

The receptionist are very rude and nasty. Everytime I call they have a attitude. They lost my daughter records that were sent to them and have no clue where they are. I called her back with the tracking information of when it was sent to the office and who signed for them and said I didn't have to tell her that I could of told anyone when she was the one I spoke to on the phone. I told her now my daughters information is somewhere out in the open with her information. Why do we have to sign paperwork for privacy and hippa law but they can loose my information. The Dr. Is very good in what he does.

The receptionist is incompetent at running an office. Every year when I go to make an appointment, I have to fill out 40 pages of the same paperwork over and over again, simply because they keep switching systems they clearly don't know how to use, and therefore all the patient info keeps getting lost (instead of transferred, like it should be). Incredibly rude office who treated me (a 16 year loyal customer) like a complete stranger, because of their system, and refused setting an appointment!

He showed lack of interest regarding my concern, especially when I stated a pain I was having. I ended up in the hospital with news that the pain I was experiencing was something worse than I thought. Not nothing like this so called Dr stated.
