My friend had been going to Dr. Kaushal for years due to hepatitis. He caught his cancer early because he stayed ON TOP of his condition. Sales reps are always taken right back everywhere..so that is not a valid complaint. Waiting past your appt. Is common with GOOD doctors! They squeeze patients who are referred to them as best as they cane so you aren't waiting months to get in. He definitely is a very nice man and caring doc.

From the warm personality of the receptionists to Dr. Kaushal, you know you are in safe hands. I am normally terrified of medical procedures however coming to this office I feel safe and well taken care of thanks to their helpfulness and being eager to find me a cure as soon as possible. Thank you for wanting to get me diagnosed so fast. I have been sick for a long time and coming here I know they will get me a quick answer. God bless this office. Even the patients that come in are so sweet. Such a medical gem in Flint. To find a caring and honest facility such as this one was such a blessing to me and many others. I would highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars for sure, they know each case is different from the next and actually take the time to listen.

I saw this “dr” late last year. Had a colonoscopy.. He put me on a med and completely put me in danger. I have since been hospitalized. On the hospital I saw an amazing Dr and had another colonoscopy which showed exactly the same as my prior one with Kaushal. I have active Crohn’s, adhesions, and ulcers. I may need surgery. If this man would have put me on the proper medication I would not be in this situation right now. Run don’t walk away from this uninterested, uncaring man.

Dr. Kaushal has been my GI doctor for about 10 years. Good, concerned and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kaushal was my gastroenterologist many years ago. I went recently and he is still great.

I think I saw a different dr. In his office. The Dr. Is rude and WON'T explain ANYTHING. Don't put yourself through the worry and horrible sense of dread. The most horrible dr I've ever seen.

Seems like a nice guy. Close to home is a nice touch.

He was very kind and took the time to explain everything. He treats you like your important. His staff was kind.

I liked my experience with Dr Kausgal, he is very professional, very informative, I felt very comfortable with his treatment and the procedure he performed, answered alot of questions about what has been going on with me and why, and treated my family very nice as well, would recommend him to all my family and friends.

He's a great doctor! I would recommend anyone to see him. He is genuinely concerned for your health and makes sure you understand what you need to do going forward.

This was my first time at this facility and with Dr. Kushal. The staff in the reception area, surgical area and the surgical room were the best. The people were very friendly, courteous and answered any and all questions that I had. Dr. Kushal was very professional, friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions, as well as my husbands. Just had endoscopy and very pleased with the process. Dr. Kaushal's office staff is very good. Friendly and polite staff. Appointment scheduling method is easy and convenient. Timely call back and reminder system. Dr. Kaushal is very experienced and humble practitioner. He explains things in simple and easy way before and after the procedures. Comforting experience when you are in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaushal for his services. My procedure was done at Genesys and it is the best place to go. Never would I go to his charter endoscopic center on charter dr in flint again . They do not care how long you wait . Sons appt was at 1:30 . You must be here 1 hour early . So we have been waiting since 12:25 pm. It's now 3:00 pm and they just came and took the man next to us waiting also ! It takes approx 25-30 minutes if there are no problems .... they had sales reps show up at 1:15 and were taken right back . This held the dr up an additional hour . If they make an appointment to sell meds than patients should not be schedualed also at the same time . These patients have had all kinds of liquids to clean out their stomach 24 hours ago as well as been up all night ! Nothing to eat or drink by mouth this long . And meds are worn off now before his surgical procedure. I'm so discussed with this place , very unprofessional also . My sons been laying here for almost 2 hours and no one has asked if he's ok !
