Dr. Abhyankar has got to be one of the best and caring doctors in the medical arena. He has been my husband’s oncologist for about a year and a half, treating my husband for myelodysplasia. We really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Abhyankar and the University of Kansas Health System. I hope that you never need a hematologist/oncologist, but if you do, then you need to see Dr. Abhyankar or Dr. Singh. Because of them, their great medical team, a selfless donor, and God’s blessings, my husband is now a one-year post transplant survivor. If you can, be a donor. Sign up through Be The Match.
