Dr. and Staff are friendly during visits. Unfortunately, my care did not go so well. Doctor informed me on (04/30 emergency hospital visit) that I would have a follow up surgery “part two” in a week or two, but my surgery was scheduled 06/27 (8 weeks out). I was provided only antibiotics when I was released from the hospital. The office has too many patients. I called, left messages for the pain and never received a return phone call. I contacted the office again, I was STILL in pain, not sleeping, 24/7 discomfort, I was unable to walk in my normal manner. Finally made an appt so I can express the pain/discomfort I was in, was told if a cancellation comes up, they will give me a call to reschedule my surgery. I needed pain meds, was not provided pain meds, just meds for spasms again, not clearly enough. I ended up contacting another Dr. who provided me meds, and I was finally able to rest. The doctor was able to take me in and scheduled my appt within two weeks (06/03). Feeling great!

I totally agree with all the 1 star reviews, I m sorry they don’t have a 0 stars rate, 1 star is high for them, my husband has a horrible service everything we go, 2 hrs in the waiting room and 1 more hour in the Dr room and a 5 min consultation!! Change Dr if you can! We did!!

They call me on right ready but then they made my wait sitting outside his office to be seen and I am still waiting to see him it’s been about one hour now and still waiting what the hell

Dr. Choe is the best urologist I’ve seen! He is attentive and really listens to help come up with a treatment plan that makes sense. Very grateful to him for the help!

I was expecting anesthesia before my cystoscopy but Dr Choe didn't give me any. The procedure was TORTURE and I was afraid to urinate for two days following. The pain was excruciating.

My experience was excellent. The staff was very kind. There were many patients who were waiting...I was a new patient I did not expect to be seen before others who were looked very sick. I was very grateful Dr.Choe was polite and considerate.

I was referred to Dr. Choe through my primary for a vasectomy. I had two appointments scheduled: an standard evaluation and the procedure. The first I did in November and should have done the second in December but the office had to move me to late January. The evaluation went fine and seemed clear, despite me being younger than most patients they get (I'm 27 and have 0 desire to have kids). On the day of the appointment I arrived early but had to wait longer than normal. I eventual got a room, took of my pants, and wait on the table. I waited for almost 30 minutes to hear that Dr. Choe may require a psych eval because of my age. No one had informed me of this at my first appointment. The doctor confirmed this 15 minutes later and I left with a note for my doctor. The whole time I waited in the room I was pantsless and ready to go, and I felt so embarrassed and disrespected when I left. I never met Dr. Choe and yet he made decisions about my life and body without any real input from me

My dad's been a patient for a few years now... It's hard to "review" a medical office... I have received nothing but attentiveness and communication, plan of care keeping in mind any and all possible outcomes. The staff is helpful and I've nothing but high marks for my experience over the past few years. From the check in process to the consult with the Doctors or PA's, grateful for what they have done for my dad. My dad's been a patient for a few years now... This doctor tells you what's wrong and does not ask if you have any concerns or questions. Very detached from his patients, no warmth just wants you to get out of his office.

The worse Service it took about one hour to see the doctor I was on time and wait about 20 minutes for one doctor to come in then they had me wait another 20 minutes

WENT TO THIS OLD PLACE AND GOT THE RUN AROUND.IT TOOK 1 MIN FOR THEM TO SAY I WAS NORMAL.GOING FOR A 2ND OPINION.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.THE FRONT DESK IS LIKE A PARTY HOUSE.THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE PATIENTS.DR.CHOE IS FALSE.DONT TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN.DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I would not recommend this clinic. They have been absolutely terrible to my father. He came in with chills one day, and they didn't even take his temperature. They made him wait for hours when he was actively bleeding. I asked to speak to the doctor, and was given the run-around. My parents say this has been their experience at this clinic EVERY TIME they go there. They are not given information correctly, they are ignored when they ask questions. I am in the medical field, and I understand that at times there are delays, but this is totally unacceptable. Do yourselves a favor, and look for another doctor. You have the power of choice. Me and my dad had a bad experience. Pretty much wait 3 hours on the lobby and an hour inside the room. Bring your lunch and dinner while youre at it cause youre going to starve ????. Despite of all that animosity, the doctor is very nice.

Service is the worst!!! Good Dr., but Horrible front desk service. waiting time can be up to 3 hrs! At one time after waiting 2 hrs. they come out to say Dr. left fort the day!!

The office staff was rude. Changed Appointment Time Waited One and half hour and didn't get to see doctor. The customer service was unpleasant and I left. Found another urologist.

Staff is very unprofessional, Dr. Does not return calls.
