We absolutely love Dr. Patel. He is so calm and patient and has always listened to all of our concerns. I can't recommend him enough. Our daughter has had two ear tube surgeries with him.

I took my 15m old son to check his hearing and like some toddlers he wasn’t able to complete the behavioral test. However, I noticed he was very inconsistent looking to his left side and asked the audiologist about it. She said since my son didn’t complete the test the results were inconclusive. She checked his ears to measure fluids and had a hard time with one of them and told us not to worry because Dr. Patel would take a look. For our surprise Dr. Patel didn’t examine my son’s ears. He suggested to do an ABR and said that he would do a detailed examination then. My son fell asleep in my arms and for the SECOND time I asked if he didn’t want to take the chance and look at his ears. He said: no need! A few days later my son starts itching both ears and shaking his head. I took him to his pediatrician and he had a horrible double ear infection. We took him to another ENT and she also found lots of fluids inside his ears. I called Dr. Patel’s office and asked the nurse to read the notes written about his exams and she told me that no signs of infection was found according to Dr. Patel. I am very curious to know how in the world he got to that conclusion without looking inside my son’s ears. Dr. Patel was great with our daughter and very patient with us. He is a blessing to the medical field and we are grateful for him.

Doesn't rush you and answers all of your questions. Very kind and great with the kids.

The doctor examined and showed us that our child needed a surgery and we put out child through the surgery with him for adenoids. However, there was no change in his situation and when we called back asking to talk to the doctor, we were told the child has seasonal allergies and so we need to pursue an allergist. Then why was the surgery recommended in the first place without a thorough assessment. Not happy about putting an under 5 child through surgery.
