First for most I would like to SHOUT OUT DR, QASBA for assisting my baby. This was my first time being in the office and OMG the worst front desk. Didn't interact with their patients or acknowledge their patients. ESPECIALLY for the first time visiting their office you would greet them, smile, and ask if there's anything I could assist you with. Dr. Qasba served as pediatrician for my 3 children. She was the most friendly and most capable doctor in Laurel. It was a sad day when my youngest son finally became too old for a pediatrician. My children loved going to her office. They knew she would make them feel better. Thank you Dr Qasba from Michael, Mae, and Marcel.

I know this treatment isnt the norm based off the reviews but the front desk receptionists leave SO MUCH to be desired in the realm of customer service. So if your child requires anything past what you consider "normal" care and you are in search of a supportive healthcare TEAM & not just the doctors - I'd suggest going somewhere else. Receptionists are short, rude and lack a sense of urgency. Dr. Gilchrist herself is absolutely AMAZING though. I love Dr. Qasba. She has been my children's doctor since my oldest (who is now 21 years old) was born. My youngest is currently 3 and we still come to Dr. Q as I call her. We have moved several times over the years and I would not dream of changing to another doctor, I dont care how far we have to travel. She truly cares for the health of my children and goes above and beyond to make sure that they are properly treated and diagnosed. If she is unable to assess their ailment, she promptly refers us to someone who can help. I have always been extremely happy with her's and the service of all of her staff. Her partnering doctors and staff are extremely friendly and caring people. You can not go wrong by choosing Dr. Q! I love Dr. Qasba. Dr. Qasba is my both daughter's pediatrician x more than 10 years. She is SUPER knowledgeable, caring, and kind doctor who really cares about every single concerns that we have. The wait time is long sometimes but it really worth to wait. We feel so blessed to have her.
