Dr Chiu is very patient and a wonderful listener. She truly cares about what is going on with you as a person not just a patient. I truly respect when my Dr.s are straight forward with me, I do appreciate that they ask if they can be and when I say please do they are gentle enough but honest. This 'Doctor' and her Office Staff are the Very Worst in my experience of Health Care Providers. Her Care is inattentive and unfocused, her staff = incompetence to the highest Degree. She will get paid by Dignity, but she has absolutely None. When you've been injured by her, file a complaint. Maybe one day it will make a difference for others we can save.

Excellent psychiatrist who listens and really gets to the heart of the issue. She is compassionate but also firm. And she focuses on improvement, rather than reactive treatment. I’ve had a number psychiatrists through the years and she has been the best.

She listens and her demeanor is calm and friendly. For me, she was like a breath of fresh air, having been very disappointed by the care I was given by my previous psychiatrist? She is knowledgeable and professional.

I loved having her as my psychiatrist, out of all the ones I’ve seen she is by far the best I’ve ever had. We forged a great relationship over 4 years. It might be rough the first few appointments, but she’s in it for the long term. She will remember the details of your personal life and make you feel heard. I have bipolar disorder and ADHD, we tried out a lot of medications before finding the combination that works best for me. I wish I could keep her as my psych but my new insurance doesn’t cover her. Only complaint is that she is usually pretty booked up.

Dr. Chiu seems condescending. Her comments and actions are very insincere most of the time. Dr. Chiu is also patronizing. As a patient, I do not feel as if she truly cares for my mental health.
