unfriendly staff. entirely un-organized. They can get you in right away because they have no clients. Save yourself some frustration and just find a different doctor.

Absolutely atrocious from the redhead in the front to the doctors in the back what can we do test why so we can bill bill bill and God forbid you need any medical treatment cuz you ain't going to get it just like you're not going to get any prescriptions despite the fact they had been prescribed by your neurosurgeon who he referred you to remember the old expression abandon all hope ye who enter here

I have been coming here for well over 20 years and I’ve always had great service from both doctors. I recently moved an hour away, and I still drive an hour to see Dr. Dey. I highly recommend them.

Completely unprofessional from the front staff up to the doctors. They will give you a time slot to come in earlier than they are open, they always insist on bringing in a student to watch the examination of your personal health problems, even if you do not want another individual in the room, they insist it’s helpful. They tried double vaccinating me because they could not read the nurses handwriting from previous.visit. Nurses and other staff are incompetent and will overbook clients knowingly, and when trying to recorrect your scheduling issue they will call you at THEIR convenience and if you do not answer their scheduling error is your responsibility.

We were loyal clients this practice for years, my husband and his family even longer than I. How do the treat loyal clients? They kick them out of the practice? Initially they kicked out my mother in law and sister in law for essentially asking too many questions, literally said you are no longer welcome here we are discontinuing your service and will send your records elsewhere. Today my husband had an 8:30am appointment but the doors didn’t even open until 9am and the doctors don’t show up until 9:30am so how does that work? Well he asked the front desk that question after waiting a half hour just to get inside and get told he has to wait another half hour just for the doctor to arrive and the front desks response was “if you don’t like it then leave”. WHAT?!?! He was asking for clarity on the situation! So apparently we are also no longer welcome at this practice after nearly 25 years there for him and 8 for me. On to better! I don’t recommend anyone waste their time here. They don’t even check you at your appointments they just ask if you are good. There’s a reason they have less than 3 stars even before this review.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sudipta Dey for more than eight years and have had the best treatment of my life. Sudipta, Bindu, and his entire staff have always been cordial, attentive, and very professional. If I could give them all six stars, I would. They're the best!

I have been seeing Dr Dey for years. He is very thorough and caring. He has helped me considerably through many health issues. I always feel good after seeing Dr Dey and knowing that he has me on the right path to getting better. I highly recommend Dr Dey to everyone !!!

Good office hours. poor staffing! poor patient service

Avoid this place, they make u charges and over charge when they do nothing. They are not knowledgeable and rude. I’m sure you can easily find someone better. This place suuuuucks. They google your symptoms.

Never I have I been treated with such discrimination and disrespect. I have filed complaints with the Civil Rights department and have been in touch with my lawyer. I do not recommend that anyone see these doctors and would question any advice they are given by them. They clearly have no reguard for patient health and well-being.

Wonderful Doctors and staff. Always feel comfortable at my appointments and know that I am being listed too.

They strongly suggested I see their preferred back specialist and my insurance would only accommodate through their referral. Blue Cross told me that was incorrect I could see any specialist. They told me that if I did my physical and a preop on the same time my insurance would only cover one visit but if I came in twice they would pay for both. That was incorrect. My insurance company coverage would not change regardless. Your front office person I believe Donna, said that if I made both appointments for the same time they would have to skip some of the portions of my physical. I was shocked and questioned her and she insisted that was true but didn’t know what part of the physical would be missed or eliminated! I asked her if she realized the ramifications and the inappropriateness of what she was telling me. I asked that the doctor or office manager call me back to confirm this. No such call was made back to me so this morning I am having my blood work sent to my previous physician who is quite a few miles farther away. Went for allergy testing in January. They supposedly ordered my allergy injections at the end of January. Called every month and was told they are having a problem with the supply company. In May I was told they had to cancel the order with one company and order from another. In June they told me it would only take 2 more weeks! End of July they never order the allergy shots because they weren’t sure I wanted them! Asked for Dr. Dey to call me back, she never did, and it’s been over a week! Seriously are you kidding me?!? Makes us wait upwards of an hour to find out she hasn’t followed up with a specialist whose exam she ordered. Does not seem very knowledgable and is very open to suggestion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sudipta Dey’s for many years. Whenever I have been sick with a cold/cough they always get me in to be seen. I never have to wait and Dr. Dey takes his time and truly listens to my concerns. The office and always clean and very professional. I feel confident knowing that I can trust this practice with my health concerns. There has been times that I have also used the nurse practitioner when I have needed to get in right away and have found her to be excellent too. The staff is not friendly. They doesn’t care for patients and are there for making money only. They opened in new building and going to rip you to pay. Never recommend to anyone.

Made an appointment for a bone screening, which is covered under insurance. They put through as height screening which is not covered and billed me. Called insurance company who brought them into the conversation and their staff was rude and dissmissive. She can't help me, left on managers desk. Period!!!
