Dr. Sudeshna Nandi

Office appeared to run well, but I will not return. During a wellness visit, i answered Dr. Nandi's questions regarding overall wellness...and, she added a diagnostic visit, costing me $250. In addition, she never called in prescription as requested. Avoid this practice - they prioritize profits over patient care

Visited for Annual. Late to the room by 30 min, whole time laughing and talking at nurse station For a physical exam spend 11 min in room Asked for any issues - upon telling something interrupted between and asked to go to PCP. Over charged for Annual visit and Outpatient visit.

The absolute worse clinic! Dr. Nandi was pleasant but her staff and the office manager are a bunch of liars and rude. They lied about contacting me and leaving a voice msg regarding my labs which I needed and obviously paid for. When I asked them to confirm my phone number she kept avoiding the question and when I keep insisting she made up dates she supposedly called and left a message. None of which happened! I asked again for her to repeat the number she had on file. She finally repeated the number that she called today. I stated I am registered on your portal and you all have my email so please put a note not to send me anything via post office. In the middle of saying that she abruptly put me on hold without notice. Minutes later a manager comes on. I repeat what happened and told her I now just want me lab results and will no longer be Dr Nandi patient. She refused to give me my lab results and started repeating some made up dates they called. When I interrupted her and said I just want my results because I’m done with the clinic. She refused and suggested I was yelling at her. I absolutely had to raise my voice to cut her off from repeating some factious dates bc I just wanted my labs at that point as I had stated several times from the moment she got on the call. No patient she have to endure this. I will be taking action if they do not give me my lab results I have paid for. The absolute worse clinic! Dr. Nandi is amazing. I had a telehealth appointment with her and she notice that my eye was drooping. I went to emergency room and was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. I can't thank Dr. Nandi enough.

Very comprehensive

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ALLEGED DR. SUDESHNA NANDI...SHE DOESNT ACT LIKE SHES A DOCTOR AT ALL AND IN FACT I WONDER IF SHE IS A DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE NEVER HAS AN ANSWER FOR ANYTHING AND I WILL DO AN INVESTIGATION ON HER EDUCATION THOROUGHLY. SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE IS NEGLIGENT. SHES VERY LAZY. EVERYTIME I CALL THE OFFICE FOR SOMETHING, IT TAKES THEM 4 WEEKS TO GET BACK TO ME. SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT TO DO WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM. SHE PRESCRIBES THEE WORST MEDICATIONS AND ALL SHE CONTINUOUSLY SAYS IS, SHE NEEDS TO GIVE ME A REFERRAL TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR!!! SHE IS EXTREMELY LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! SHE ALSO LIED AND SAID HER OFFICE DOESNT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE ANYMORE. I REPORTED HER TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND ALSO RECORDED THE CONVERSATION WITH THE DOCTOR AND I LET HER KNOW THE CALL WAS RECORDED AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY HEARD EVERYTHING SHE WAS SAYING & AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEGUNG ABOUT HER! AND THANK GOD I FOUND AN HONEST AMERICAN DOCTOR THAT CARES AND HES HIGHLY EDUCATED!!!!!

She had very good knowledge about medicines and diagnosis. Very good nature and co-operative. Excellent performance .
