I wouldn't even give this one star. You say you want to help people? We've been trying to get in since August. Tried getting in, called desperately trying to find the building because YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR EFFING GOOGLE MAPS. Missed the appointment. We where told it was a no call no show.. We called! The lady on the phone was RUDE. We where desperately trying to get there in time but where mislead by gps. *You even said you've had that complaint before!!* Receptionist was rude. We mixed up the time because waiting for months to get in we lost the paperwork and messed that up. Apparently you only get one chance but you're here to help people... HAH! Dr. Roy is incredible and has helped me for years. He’s real and tough when he needs to be but it’s for the best.
