Everyone is really nice

Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Very professional! Interested in my situation and very direct with action to be taken. I was quite impressed!

Follow up on treatment this far on prostrate cancer. Layed out future plans, hormone shot and for bone scan prior to turp surgery

Very nice and thoughtful, pretty fast . They ask you if you have any questions . I would recommend them to anyone .

Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in this office. I was waiting on test results (that actually never came) and was having an issue with a medication they prescribed but no one could give me a call back in a reasonable amount of time to help.. I eventually had to get ahold of my primary who has thankfully been helpful. It’s been beyond frustrating working with Dr. Nagubadi’s office. Would not recommend. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in this office. I wish I could give him 10stars!! He is very understanding, patient, caring and a very hard worker. My son was rushed to the ER back in March of 2020 and Dr. Nagubadi showed up around 11pm to see him then back at 7am the next morning. My son has to see him every 6 months and he really loves him. He asks for Doctor to carry him to the front desk when he normally scared of strangers. I recommend him to everyone. I wish I could give him 10stars!! Been seeing him for years in Valparsiso. Not there now. Went to Laporte. Only complaint: can not get through on phone to talk to receptionist or nurse. Left several messages to voice mail. Can’t get a call back. They have to rectify this. I guess I’ll look for someone else.

I appreciated the kindness & understanding from Dr. Nagubadi, especially during my second appointment with him. My only concern is that a staff member failed to follow up on sending orders for lab work & then calling me with results.
