1. don't answer phone 2. on hold for a very long time 3. doctors are great staff members are not 4. staff very rude

I Have been a patient since my kids were infants at the private office she worked for. Since becoming public and moving to S Bergen the practice has become very unorganized and poorly ran. There is never appropriate staff at the front desk. Pediatrics is poorly ran and organized from visits to paperwork. I dropped off a form, was asked to come back and complete the form. All the form needed was a stamp. Here it is Wednesday when the form was left and now I have to wait four days until Monday when she is back for a DAMN STAMP.

Dr Kowal-a good dr & thorough during visits. The office is terrible with f/u & being responsive. You will have to leave a vm they will NEVER return & if you get someone, you will be told to call back only to get another vm. Gaps in patient care is an issue-it has been with my kids here. We were referred to a specialist for a serious issue w/my child. We went, the specialist f/u and I did as well w/no reply from this office and a yr went by before they reached out to see if we ever went. Not good

I have been using Dr. Kowal for more than 10 years. Suddenly this year I am unable to make an appointment. No one answers the phone and I am unable to get a copy of my daughter's records. What is happening????
