Dr. Hudsmith has been our dentist since we moved to Memphis nine years ago. We’ve now moved, but are making the trip back because of the professionalism and patient care we receive at every visit.

Dr. Hudsmith and his staff are phenomenal... I was referred here by a good close friend of mine because I needed some major dental work... While I am terrified of dentistry, I needed to go somewhere where I would feel more comfortable and be able to relax... From my 1st visit, for just a cleaning and consultation, I knew I was lead to the right people. Dr. Hudsmith was very kind, straightforward, and took time to educate me and tell me of the best game plan... His daughter Caroline, was also just THE ABSOLUTE sweetest! So, let me just say that extractions are one of my biggest fears, to say the least, and I had to have 4 teeth pieces extracted ????????????????. Well after my cleaning, I was scheduled for a week out, and I was a nervous wreck from that day til the day of the procedure! Fast forward to today, my appointment for the extractions. My anxiety was on 1000, I walked in and was of course greeted by Caroline and Dr. Hudsmith. I explained that I was EXTRA nervous and Caroline REASSURED me that I was going to be just fine. And just fine, I was!!!! They talked me thru the process to keep my mind occupied and Doc was finished in less than an hour! I am HAPPY to say that I have found an exceptional dentist family that I look forward to building a long lasting relationship with! Thanks again to my friend for the reference, and to Dr. Hudsmith and Caroline for taking good care of me. If you're looking for a clean, establishment with professional, friendly staff; then this is where you want to go! Dr. Hudsmith and staff are the best and most caring professionals I have ever come across. His daughter Carolyn who is his assistant work so well together and besides be great, they are just wonderful people. From the minute you walk into their door you can feel the dedication. Truly the best dentist and staff EVER! I've been going to this office most of my life. Sadly I had to leave due to insurance changes. Dr. Hudsmith, his staff and his family are all wonderful people. I truly miss them!

It is truly an honor to be an adult and have the ability to share my experiences with and from Doctor Hudsmith. As a kid that loved candy and sweets I felt like I got to see Dr. Hudsmith often. He and his staff were always, nice, kind, inviting and genuine. Outside of attending the same church as he and his family I knew little about Dr. Hudsmith. While I cant prove it and he would never share this he took amazing care of my family and I. I'm not sure we were able to cover deductibles and could have had gaps in coverage but my family nor I was ever treated different. Dr. Hudsmith truly had / has a passion for helping people and his primary way of doing that was with and through his practice. I graduated high school and was in college seven hours away. During a preparation for deployment to Iraq the military shared I needed my wisdom teeth removed. I called Dr. Hudsmith who made a special appointment for me and took great care to remove my wisdom teeth. I can also recall a time my dad had an issue and Dr. Hudsmith opened the office outside of traditional hours to assist him. I share this because I am now a small business owner. Effective and efficient customer service, value to the client along with professional and quality services are all things I saw and learned from Dr. Hudsmith! He is not just a man who sits in church and works a job, He is a follower of Christ who does his best in everything he does. That sounds easy looking from the outside. The fact that he did and does all of that while being married to the same woman and they collectively raised 6 amazing kids speaks volumes! The entire staff is warm and friendly, yet professional. They are always prompt and prepared to serve. Moreover, Dr. Hudsmith came in on a Sunday once after church to relieve me of what I was certain to be a life-threatening toothache LOL. There simply aren't enough superlatives to describe the care and skill that Dr. Hudsmith and his team demonstrate to me each and every time I walk through the office door. Excellent is a word too often employed, but in this case it is entirely appropriate.
