DOCTORS ARE GREAT JUST THIS LADY NAME LILIANA IS VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL , IMPOLITE WITH PATIENTS AND I THINK SHES THE OFFICE MANAGER THEY SHOULD FIRED HER OTHERWISE THEY ARE GOIN TO LOSE ALL THEIR PATIENTS

Office Manager is the most unprofessional woman I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. After leaving 2 voicemails regarding a transfer of medical records she had to audacity to call me back to lecture me. She said I was too demanding in my voicemail and that I need to be conscious of that with my future doctors, and that I wasn't their only patient and she would get to me when she got to me. Last I checked, it was a professional courtesy to return phone calls. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
