I was referred to Dr McCarthy he did a radical tonsilectomy that had a mass attached a large mass cone to find out he didnt biopsy the mass which was neglect on his part as im now having issue with the possibilities with thyroid cancer and that would have bern the first indicator why would a doctor not do a biopsy on a large mass that was attached to the lymohnode I want an explanation why he shortened my life because he thought he was a God and voukd decide instead of the lab to say if it had or didnt have cancer cells

I needed to go to an ENT due to I suffer from Chronic sinositis . I decided to go to the Nextdoor app to ask for recommendations and Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Poopat we’re mentioned as the best in the area. I called the first week of July to make an appointment, they asked what kind of insurance I had and I mentioned I was a cash patient, they immediately told me that they didn’t have any appointments available until September which I didn’t have a problem with. They told me to call the following week because their system didn’t allow them to schedule that far out. I called the following week , they asked me the same insurance questions and told me the same scheduling challenge and to call the following week. I called again the third week of July and they asked same questions and gave me the same answers on the scheduling part. By this time I was already frustrated and annoyed and expressed my concerns and times that I have called but they promised me they would schedule me the following week when I call. I called the last week of July and today getting the same exact non sense. I told them that if they didn’t accept cash patients to just be honest and tell me but they again told me that their schedule system didn’t allow them to schedule for end of September now. I only got one name during my five phone calls - Maritza . I wonder if Dr. Mac Carthy is aware of the poor scheduling system they have at his office, and the poor management at dealing with cash patients. I decided to call Dr. Poopat and they scheduled me right away for beginning of September. Extremely disappointed with Dr. McCartjy’s office!!!! Dr. Stewart McCarthy had worsen my issue, still to this day it’s difficult to breathe out my nose having a crooked septum on top of it. He told me that’s the best he could do and dismissed me. The nurse was rude, never smiling once or speaking in a nice fashion. She spoke impatiently, as if you were a dim child, and always glared at you. The scheduling was terrible, and the doctor was slow. We waited for over forty-five minutes in a line of four at at twenty minutes in someone switched in and that was it. The TV faced the opposite way of the seats so you had to turn your head to see it, and even then, all we saw were ads except for the last five minutes when it lagged really hard on a news channel. For those of you Who are complaining and who gave a poor review, You obviously don’t know how valuable Dr. McCarthy is. So what if you thought his nurses were bad. Although they were never rude to me, the point of your doctor is to be great at what they do. And he definitely is great at what he does. great is an understatement. there’s a reason why the wait time is long for this doctor. He has been my ear doctor for many years and he always takes care of my ears when they get clogged up. His wall is covered with thank you notes. Are you going there because it looks nice or because the nurses smile or do you go there because the doctor is amazing? Get your head screwed on straight please. Dr. McCarthy is one of the best ear doctors in this area. He knows his business and he cares deeply about his patients. so stop complaining and grow up.
