Dr. Stuart John Hetrick

At my first visit to a neurologist to find definitive cause for symptoms I began to experience, resulted in a fairly thorough exam that led me to further testing. This gives me comfort that I'm on the right track. I look forward to my follow up with Dr Hetrick, who was very professional and a very good communicator.

I saw Dr. Hetrick for an injection for carpal tunnel on my right wrist. He was very professional and the procedure was very quick and not painful at all. His staff was kind and professional. The check in and check out procedure was easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Don’t think really understood all the pain I had and prescribed meds that I can’t take. PA asks all the questions and then leaves to talk with doc. 10 minutes later doc comes in and have to explain again my symptoms. Strange setup. Will not be going back. No help with peripheral neuropathy pain.

Hetrick is dismissive and condescending and not as competent a Dr he would like you to believe. He and staff also seem to know very little about nutrition as it relates to neurology. Find a Dr who cares. See the smiling picture of Hetrick on this page? In real life I have never seen him smile, mostly smug and stoic and a terrible listener.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Hetrick & found him to be kind,a good listener,thoughtful in considering my bizarre neurological symptoms, & finally, after many years of trying to determine what my baseline problem is, he was able to provide a differential diagnosis that made perfect sense. My only complaint had to do with his nurse practitioner, whom the patient must see prior to seeing this physician. She seemed uncaring & didn't seem to listen particularly well, which was unfortunate.

I've been a patient of this office for over 10 years.The staff there are outstanding, they have excellent customer service skills. I have never had to wait for an appointment, never had to be on hold, my phone calls were always returned. Dr. Hetrick and Robyn were very attentive and personable with me and I'm sure with all their patients. I've referred several friends to there office.

He was very nice, For a neurologist, he actually listen to what I said, treated you like your real person in a supportive staff were excellent also.
