PLEASE listen to the negative reviews. I have been a patient of Dr Fox’s for ten years- yes TEN years and this is how they continue to treat their patients. I have MS and needed my Ocrevus infusion which is/should be standard- no. Claudia in the office makes all medical decisions on behalf of all the Drs here and she continues to get away with it. She “didn’t get around” to sending in my authorization for my infusion. I spoke to Dr Fox about it he just gave excuses on her behalf, not at all concerned for my current state. I’m now 4 weeks overdue for an infusion, sent over another authorization and once again Claudia didn’t send it because “I am not longer a patient“ whaaaaat?? INSANE! HOW!! Please please go elsewhere, the office staff here does whatever they want with no regard for the patients AND the Drs here, Dr Fox especially, just shrug their shoulders in support of Claudia doing what she wants- and us as HIS PATIENTS have to suffer the debilitating consequences. If you have MS, the MS Comprehensive Center goes above and beyond for their patients- I highly recommend it.

Excellent. He is an excellent physician. He came to the waiting room to greet me and escort me to an examination room. Thus, he was able to see me walk from the front and rear. In the exam room, he asked me queastions never taking his eyes off me. He NEVER looked at his computer. His exam was thorough as was his discussion of my case. At the end he dictated a summary of my case so I could hear his opinions. A rare physician in this day and age of visual and virtual BS!

Dr Fox saw my daughter in the hospital. We had a previous experience with this Dr prior, many years ago with my husband. My husband stopped seeing him and went to another neurologist. This Dr is arrogant, has no bedside manner, cuts you off when trying to answer questions, acts like he is the police asking questions and is very condescending. He berated my 20 year old daughter on things he didn’t know anything about. He made conclusions based off of MINIMAL INFORMATION, didn’t take the time to get to actually know all the facts about my daughter. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy . We didn’t request a neurologist and I can guarantee if ever at that hospital again, we will make sure we see no one in that practice especially Dr. Fox. If you are looking for caring Drs that take the time to actually get to know people, that care about their patients, that don’t judge you go to Institute of Neurology in Livingston, NJ. They have an amazing team of doctors that actually care about their patients and don’t judge them. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. He hasn’t changed in all the years since my husband saw him. DONT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!! Avoid this doctor When he left my daughters hospital room after a SERIOUS car accident, she was in tears with the things he said to her. A dr isn’t a good Dr without compassion and taking the time to get to know his patients.

For someone as arrogant as Dr. Fox I really don’t think he cares one bit about Internet reviews. As long as those checks keep coming it probably doesn’t matter. My mother was in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s /dementia. My family and I were looking to him for guidance and he ran through the tests that any doc could get off of YouTube and asked us why we brought her to him as she was fine. Arrogant, rude, acting like we were wasting HIS time! Some people aren’t meant to deal with patients and he is at the top of the list. Thank God for the University of Penn. She is now being cared for by people who are not only top of their field but know how to talk to people. Dr. Fox you are a disgrace to your profession.

Dr Fox has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is up to date on all the new therapies and is extremely honest in answering my questions as my disease has no cure just management. I am so satisfied with our relationship because he listens to my fears and is very reassuring that we both feel comfortable with our choices of treatment. He is a 5 star doctor:)

Listens and summarized my comments about severe headaches and made recommendations for a treatment path which is modified as needed. Recently, the office staff was extremely responsive in helping relay questions to Dr. Fox. Within hours my questions were answered.

Rude. Arrogant. Impatient. Shouldn’t be a doctor

I find Dr Fox to be very thorough and can get to the heart of the issue very quickly. I trust his clinical judgement implicitly. He always calls you back for questions or follow-up, always explains things you ask about, and is very decisive which is not common these days in medicine.

I found Dr Fox to be personable, kind and professional He explained everything to me promptly Answered all my questions patiently I would highly recommend him

Was generally pleasant ... But during a routine neurological exam, while I was fully clothed and expecting the usual reflex test, eye test, etc... He had me lay back on table and suddenly yanked my bra and sweater up over my breasts and started feeling them while mumbling "got any lumps in there".... Turned away and adjusted himself while writing notes.... Don't let your wife or daughter alone with him.....by has a problem can't believe he's still practicing ....this was years ago

I've taken my father to medical checkups with Dr. Fox. I agree Dr. Fox comes across as arrogant & disinterested. However, I've phoned Dr. Fox to discuss issues that have come up in between appointments & was very satisfied that he (a) called back later the same day and (b) addressed my specific questions-phoned in ahead of time–comprehensively & with perspective on options to change the course of treatment. He demonstrated the caring & sharp medical expertise buried during those office visits.

Dr. Fox, I am sure is adequately skilled doctor, but his ability to understand the patients' concerns and medical issues is far from favorable. He talks over you, appears disinterested and agitated to be in the room with you. First visit, I was told by Dr. Fox to call him in 5 days. That resulted in him angrily returning my call and ending the phone call with 'I need to see you in a few weeks, but I don't know what else I can do for you'.

None he was the most Arrogant doctor, did not answer any of our questions and offered no path for recovery for my father's Myasthenia Gravis condition.

He's knowledgeable, professional and comes highly recommended by others in his field.
