Excellent doctor

To me and my family Dr Berezin is the best doctor... We appreciate everything he has done for my son.

Dr. Berezin is the most caring and competent gastroenterologist known to man. I have gone to him for a few years after having gastrointestinal problems since birth. Now being thirteen I feel exquisite and confident knowing I can rely on him. He is the senior partner of the Boston's Children's Health Physician Gastroenterology unit. Truly an amazing doctor. Dr. Berezin diagnosed my daughter with IBS D, without the benefit of bloodwork to rule out other possible diagnoses, without any food allergy tests, without a stool test or a CBC, which I NOW understand are all standard tests for IBS. He gave us a few Xerox pages on adding fiber to her daily intake. He didn't even recommend a nutritionist to help us navigate through the diet. VERY disappointed. I certainly didn't feel as though my daughter was under his care. He was prompt.

I think that he is an exceptional person. He is so compassionate and understanding. He answers my questions with much patience and above all he is a gentleman.

He treated my infant son and was able to diagnose an acid reflux situation and give the correct combination of medicines to have my son out of pain in a few days.
