DR.BALL IS A GREAT DR. WHEN YOU LEAVE HIS OFFICE YOU CAN BET YOU HAD THE BEST EXAM IN THE COUNTRY. I DRIVE 150 MILES TO SEE HIM. THE NURSE IS THE NURSE NICE AND GENTLE ALSO. I HOPE HIS NOT RETIRING ANY TIME SOON HARD TO FIND HIS KIND.

Dr Ball has probably saved my eyesight so I appreciate his significant expertise and professionalism. He is the preeminent ophthalmologist in this area, which is inherently obvious to his patients.

Medical staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Ball comes in, deals with the issue at hand and sends you on your way.

Dr Ball is a good doctor and is very kind. He always takes care of the pressure in my left eye. Thank you.

Dr. Ball was very nice and very professional. He set my mind at ease. I am a diabetic and I was having trouble with my vision in my left eye and was afraid that I may have retina issues. He was so pleasant and said that is was due to a cataract. Thanks Dr. Ball and God bless

Waiting not long Very professional staff doctor took plenty of time too show results of tests as well as described surgery. Will continue with Dr Ball

He has helped me get my sight together I never thought I was gonna be able to see again he has been doing a great job its much appreciated.

I woke up with an eye problem. In that I have had eye issues I contacted Dr. Ball's nurse who worked me in on the same day. I was very impressed with Dr. Ball. He gave a wonderful and thorough exam of my eyes. He explained things to me and he listened to my questions. I am thankful I have become one of patients.

Dr. Ball treated me for a retina tear. He paid attention to what I had to say, located the tear after a thorough examination, and successfully repaired it. His accessibility and followup care was excellent and he took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

Good staff amd great doctor

My surgery went amazingly well. Dr Stuart R Ball is a caring surgeon who takes time to hear what the patient says. His staff is also amazing and very interpersonal!!

Been with Dr.Ball for 20 years. Great Doctor and his nurses are also great. Can’t say as much for those who do the vision test and photos. Love Dr. Ball. You can’t go wrong by having him as your Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Ball for almost a year now. I was handed over to him by my previous Doctor at PMG-East after taking an injection of “Beovu”, which is for Macular Degeneration. I went blind in that eye and the pressure went up drastically. Dr Ball preformed laser surgery and the pressure came back down. He has been monitoring my situation for a while now. From the very first office visit, I have nothing but the best experince. Everything has been explained and scheduled. All questions and concerns have been addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Ball for his expertise because he truly cares about the patients.

Wonderful staff and intake process that set my mind at ease, and Dr. Ball was professional and very reassuring regarding the treatment!

My experience here was great. I was sent to him for emergency laser surgery. He got me right in and got me fixed up even though I was not previously a patient. Outcome was great, couldn’t have asked for more.

Dr Stuart R Ball is very thorough and takes the time to explain what is happening with your vision explaining the treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr Ball for any of your vision issues

Dr Ball is an excellent, kind and conscientious physician. He did a wonderful job in saving my eyesight after I had a serious emergency issue . His nurses and staff are always kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ball to everyone.

I have been a Premier patient since they opened particularly dr. Gilchrist and the Dr. Tyndall. I have seen Dr. Ball only twice and my complaint is not with him. I had a 10:30 appointment and did not leave till after 1. The last 30 min or more in the waiting room I was alone. My question what happened to the appointments after 10:30. When I finally when in to room I commented that they must be behind . Her flippant answer was they just have so many patients. Dr. Ball came in and immediately apologized. At that point I was not interested. When I left I was to make a year appointment. The receptionist was gone because after 1:30. I havent made that appointment yet and just not sure if I plan to do. Stuart Ball shows great concern for his patients. He does a very thorough exam then discusses his findings with you while looking you in the eye, no pun intended, not at your chart.

Friendly staff

I brought my son in and I loved the way he talked to him and interacted with my son.

Everything’s handled on a professional and courteous manner. I have macular degeneration and I feel the doctor is doing everything in his power to help me. He himself is doing a good job with my condition, I feel. His nurses could take a few lessons from him on bedside manner and politeness.

Great experience with Dr. Ball. He explained everything to me thoroughly, and I was shown a lot of care and compassion during my visits. The eye surgery was successful and my follow-up visit with Dr. Ball went very well.

Doctor Ball is such a great Doctor; He takes great pride in his work. I don't know who is as good, or what I am going to do whenever he decides to retire, because they would have some big shoes to fill. Keep the good work up!

Dr. Ball is very knowledgeable and professional. My only problem is I had to wait almost an hour and that makes me uncomfortable with the Corona virus.
