Dr. Stonewall Mccuiston JR.

With still having Covid in the ER I find it highly irresponsible and blatantly neglectful that a Dr, in particular Dr McCuiston, would recommend a cancer patient to go to the ER instead of calling in a RX for a simple UTI found by a Riverside health care nurse. When I asked this Dr if he was recommending that my father, who is fighting cancer, to go sit in the Covid infested ER for a UTI found by a home healthcare nurse, whose job is to keep people out of the hospital especially during a pandemic, he arrogantly responded yes. Shame on him and shame on Riverside Hospital. Neglect and incompetence has become your gold standard. NOT the first time this has happened. Shame on you!!!!! I'll never go back. I wrongly romanticized what I thought would be a great relationship with a Black country doctor. What Stonewall needs to know is that grown folks choose their own way. We don't need your holier than thou, nonsensical treatment plan better left for a 20 year old. I do not want healthcare. I just need illness care. When I get a boo-boo, just fix it. I got this. Ok? Leave out the hypocritical morals and politics. You are far from physically fit yourself.

I visited this doctor twice? And in that time, I felt that he judged me harshly. THIS doctor actually declined to continue prescribing a medication that I have taken for months. If I compare his first, professionally sterile notes to this last War and Peace smear novel, I could say that this doctor came for me and wrote me up like a gossip column. Even if the words are true, a good doctor would have had the grace, style and class to word it in a compassionate manner. I can't move forward with this one. Not in good conscious.

Stick with just the facts. Don't share ANYTHING verbally, that you do not want documented forever. Do not expect compassion.

I drive 40 minutes after waiting to pick up my son from school- I was turned away for being 2 minutes passed the 15 mark- they hard the office redirection calls and were extra prepared to nit see me- “they were waiting to tell me”. I have been in excruciating pain for two weeks. J had waited over a week for this appointment with my md for and up coming surgery in my cervical spine. I can assure you if driving is excruciating after 40 minutes there. Walking into the building my ten year old in tow, to be turned away to deal with the pain is unreal. Absolutely love the staff in this office. They communicate well via phone and MyChart and reply back within a timely manner. Techs are friendly and remember us each time we visit. The providers in the office are outstanding! My family loves each of them. They're all very smart and trustworthy. We can always count on them whether for a well visit or a sick visit we know we are being taken care of. Highly recommend! Absolutely love the staff in this office. Very good

You'll never find more unprofessional "caregivers" than you will at this office. Do not accept their word that they will call back, they never do.

I really wish there were a no stars option. I have a 7 month old son that I've been bringing to the office and have either left the office in tears or cried in the office because I was SO upset. I understand things can happen and appointments can get mixed up but I've had that issue along with absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from one particular woman in the office. Angela must be absolutely miserable life because she has been rotten, rude, rolled her eyes and sighed heavily at my requests and at anyone showing up at the window in general. I have so many bad experiences here that I truly dread going there. Along with actually hearing Angela speak ill of other clients that show up, she has made me feel 2 feet tall. Unfortunately due to my insurance options i cannot switch. Lynn Lochner makes up for it as she absolutely wonderful and a delight! I wish I could keep her and go somewhere else. I really hope Angela can be held accountable for her rotten attitude or find a new job as she is clearly not happy helping guests at the office. I really wish there were a no stars option. I like having the same staff visit after visit. The continuity of care combined with the courtesy of the staff is greatly appreciated. Dr McCuiston and his staff treat you like 'they care about your health and wellness'.
