Attentive, kind
Very thorough with examinations and treatments
Dr West is a great Dr. Very knowledgeable and the right amount of aggressiveness to look for possible skin cancer. I know he cares and I don’t feel like just a patient!
I have loved working with him and his staff. I got lots of questions and he explained all aspects of the solution.
Pettit and west are world class. I almost want to give the clinic 4 stars because it’s so hard to get an appointment, but it’s not their fault they’re busy. Once you get in, everything is top notch. They’re Quick, attentive etc.
The receptionist is very rude and grumpy not friendly at all. I know she isn't the doctor but it a very bad impression when people like that it's the first experience you have.

Dr. West and Nurse Katherine we're very courteous, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. West was fast, organized and did a great job getting the biopsies that were needed. Katherine was very gentle and had a wonderful bedside manner and was also efficient and very good at her job as well.

Quick and precise..
Dr West is a Great Doctor, very thorough, with a friendly staff.
Dr West, my dermatologist, is amazing! He is keeping my skin healthy and taking care of all those ‘trouble’ spots.
He has taken care of my medical needs for several years. There is no way I stop receiving his care. Over the years he has become a good friend.
Dr West was quick and efficient. Answered all my questions and concerns. Also he was on time. If I need him again, I’ll be back.
Though it took two months to get on his calendar, Dr West was prompt, professional and thorough. His assistant, Katherine, was helpful and kind.
If you need skin ca procedures done this is the best I have found. For reference I have been to ten that I recall during my 40+ years of having skin cancers removed. Many of the Moh’s surgeons are so busy you feel like a sheep being ushered in and out of the waiting room between cuts. With Dr West you wait in a comfortable chair for half the time between cuts. I feel fully confident of receiving excellent professional care. I refer many people here.
Dr. West seemed rushed and disconnected. I experienced no reassurance, no gentleness, kindness or building of trust. I was a new patient, but he didn't even introduce himself to me when he walked into the room. His first words were, "Why are you here? What are you worried about?" I felt like a piece of meat, like a number.
Dr. West is great. Very attentive and knowledgeable!
Dr. West is the most knowledgeable and skilled dermatologist! He has a great personality. The VERY best Mohs surgeon in Utah!
