Although there was a wait, to see the Dr, the front desk communication was excellent. Dr. Bitman took the time to explain everything pertinent to my condition. Excellent professional care.

Some of front desk staff unpleasant. Office runs more like a money making assembly line than a medical office. Waited 50 minutes after my appointment to be seen and then left without being seen. Due to high volume of patients there is no concern about a patient walking out unhappy. Would not recommend this office at all. Watch out for this place!!! This is one of those location where the most important thing is MONEY and how they will get pay. No matter what your health issue is. I schedule an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. Unfortunatelly for me my primary doctor failed to send the referral on time for my appointment, so as soon as I walkin into the location the first issue that come up was the referral, so I was told that I need to supply the referral in order to see Dr Bitman, so I called my primary doctor in order to get it expedite but my primary doctor's office was getting into therir hour lunch so they could not send the referral before 1.30 PM so I sat and wait, after about 10 minutes of my wait I was called to the patients window and the lady asked me "what is going on", in a very harsh tone, I explained the situation at my primary doctors office about lunch time so we need it to wait another 20 minutes, but she replays that they wont be able to see me, that I would have to reschedule. NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL ABOUT WHY I WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Either you pay or you're out of here, plain and simple. That was my total honest interpretation of the whole situation. After I walk out I called them trying to find out if there was any other alternative for me to be seem by the doctor's that day and not wasted my time, the person on the phone told me that if I have insurance I will need to have the referral in order to see the doctor, so not even paying cash will get me in a doctor's room that day. EXTREMELLY FRUSTRATED. I decided not to go to that place ever again so I spoke to the insurance company and filed a formal complained. Watch out for this place!!! I had such a good experience today for my colonoscopy (if one can have a good time) I was worried because of a poor experience last time at a different doctor and they put my mind at ease. Doctor Bitman has been wonderful so far and the anesthesiologist Arnold is a delight. The nursing staff was comforting and professional. I would reccomend to anyone. I look forward to many years of care. Dr Bitman saved my mom's life and cared for her many years until her last days at 102. He is a true doctor that cares for his patents in a way the isn't seen very often anymore. I will be forever greatfull to him!

Love Dr. Bittman and I know lots of people who use him. Great personality and easy to talk to.
