I spent over $20 grand to be botched! My stomach is smaller on one side rather than the other and my scar looks like a war zone. The things that took place during my recovery are unbelievable. My previous post was deleted!!!! bc if you ask for correction , you still have to pay over half of it…. DONT!!!!!

Had an appointment I waited 6 months for, but it was canceled night before due to an issue I was told wasn’t the office’s fault. So, I rescheduled for about a week later. Shuffled my schedule around to make it work. I arrived at my appointment on time, however after 40 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I had a work appointment I could not miss and the 40 minute delay would have caused an issue in making it on time. I offered to come back later that same day. The staff said they’d see if the doctor could fit me in. I waited for a few hours to hear if that would work and I adjusted my schedule the entire day just in case. Finally, toward the end of the day, I was told the doctor was leaving town for a a week and he wouldn’t be able to fit me in. I asked for a refund of my $1000 deposit, so I could go somewhere else and get the procedure done finally. They granted the refund, but I was told I’d have to wait for them to do it at their convenience, which will equate to several weeks in turn around time. There was even a little bit of indignation, as if I was the problem. Personally, I feel they should be embarrassed by the lack of professionalism enough to make a concerted effort to refund my deposit ASAP. It speaks volumes that they aren’t. Then I could more easily move on to another practitioner who could get the procedure done. Considering that none of the shenanigans with their office were my fault, I shouldn’t have to wait almost a month to get my refund. They don’t mind inconveniencing you and wasting your time, at all. Beware.

Second procedure done by Dr White. He is the only Doctor I will ever use for any type of plastic surgery. He delivers exactly what he says he can do and very professional and sweet. I trusted him the moment I first met him. All of the staff are the best they explain every thing to expect and patiently answer all questions. I always feel safe in their care .

I was referred to Dr. White from my primary Physician Dr. Lindaberry. I wanted/needed to have my saline implants removed since one had been leaking for years and finally became totally flat. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety over the procedure which is why I waited so long to address. Dr. White and his entire staff made me feel so at ease and were very compassionate about answering all my questions and concerns. Dr. White recognized my anxiety immediately and took extra time with my husband and I to explain the entire procedure. In addition to the explant, he explained several additional procedures that could be performed to enhance my appearance. I am in my 50’s with implants from 1997 so I had no idea how far plastic surgery has come. I am 7 weeks post procedure and my husband and I could not be happier with the results. As always Dr. White and beautiful staff that work with him, we’re nothing short of amazing! I moved from the area a few years ago and I’m back in town visiting. I figured I’d cross my fingers and see if they could squeeze me in for Dysport. So so happy they were able to work me in! Even after not being seen at his office in a few years, I was greeted as if they just seen me last week. I’ve spent 3 years trying different places where I currently live for the same experience and it’s not anything that can be duplicated. I walked out feeling like the most important person in the world. He’s also preformed a major procedure on me in the past and still to this day looks like it was just done with absolutely no scarring. I HIGHLY recommend Coastal Carolina PS and Dr. White for any procedure big or small. Best bed side manner in the medical world! Not at all pleased with this doctor. He has cancelled my surgery twice for various and legitimate reasons but he has a total of $12,999.00 of mine which he has not refunded me. It has been a full month now. He wants his money but if you want your refund he doesn’t return it.

I am still waiting for my esthetician to call me to address my concerns because I was passed on and dismissed by his rude and catty front office staff. I didn't get a consultation, post-care instructions, so much as an icepack, never met the Dr., and had to pay the CC processing fee as if it's my company. They don't tell you to bring cash or you pay, but they expect it and are rude about it. My miraDry was an epic fail and I am really annoyed they refuse to address my concerns! His catty staff shouldn't be judging people and talking about them so everyone in the building can gear their snide remarks. They take payment before the procedure and they don't schedule a follow up to make sure everything ids okay. I didn't get so much as an icepack or anything but they let me drive after I told them my right hand was completely numb. I can say that the procedure wasn't done accurately as it's clearly VERY uneven and I am not at all satisfied. They plan on tourists leaving so they think they can dismiss your concerns, but they're wrong! I am here now waiting for my follow up and I will go to their office and sit all day every day until someone addresses my concerns! I paid not only for the procedure but his CC processing fees of over $50 which is so unprofessional! The catty staff needs to check themselves because they never know who they're insulting as I didn't disclose my profession! They are simply terrible at their job and I would avoid this place if I were you! What a great surgery experience. I am very active, love to work out, play golf, ride the jet ski, snowboard, basketball...you name it. I had an umbilical hernia for over two years, I was simply afraid to get it fixed and screw up. Dr White was highly recommended by another local Doctor, I took his advice and wow...I dont remember the surgery, I had ZERO pain or discomfort, the staff were amazing including my own "personal patient advocate" that catered to me like I was very important, she called me to make sure I was ok, taking my meds, not doing too much... I am floored and overjoyed. This is the best place to get fixed up I could ever recommend. I went in to repair an umbilical hernia, turned out I had 4 AND a fatty tumor surrounding the hernias. Dr White fixed them all and removed the tumor for no extra charge... I am soo happy with this surgeon and his performance I could do back flips!

Dr. White and his nurse, Dawn are awesome. The care and professionalism is without doubt the best I have experienced. After my surgery, Dr. White even met me at his office on a holiday to remove stitches and to follow-up with me. Highly recommend Dr. White and his staff.

Rotator cuff repair with (my own) platelet centrifuged product and exosomes (noncell stem cell signal molecules) has been absolutely fantastic. Staff is marvelous. Pain decreased at 1 day post procedure (though a bit sore from injections). Function already increasing at 7 days. Whatever the issue, request consultation with Dr. White or his office. You will get honest answers. This is the future of medicine, without toxins.

Horrible experience my lips don’t even look like anything was put into them I went back to their office to talk to them about it and they made me feel like I was stupid they said they could tell a difference so of course I wasn’t going to waste any more of my money! I’ve had 2 reconstruction surgeries on my nose and still left with a noticeable scar. I consulted Dr White asking for suggestions to reduce it. He suggested the laser. I had 2 intense sessions and I can’t thank him enough for making me feel normal again! I used to sit to the right of everyone trying to hide my scar, not any more! ?? And very pleasant!

Do not believe the positive reviews on here because they are they are fake. This doctor is by far the worst in the country. I can’t believe his office is still open for business. Your outcome will not look anything like his photoshopped before and after pictures he’s throws at you during your consultation.

I am amazed at the good reviews. I did not like my experiences with this office. Yes, the staff is nice & the doctor is nice. What's important is results. They do not keep good records and I've had to explain my situation each time I've been (3 times). Dr White did not wear gloves or wash his hands in front of me on my last & final visit. My results were not up to par with other plastic surgeons I've used. I would not go back or recommend this this doctor. I am amazed at the good reviews. I've had a few procedures and been thrilled with the outcome of each. Everything held up for a long time, despite a motor neuron disease that takes a toll on my face.. I had acne vulgaris as a teen and after many years, my pores returned to the size of Mount Vesuvius. I just had laser and not a line or pore in site.. Dr. White’s team was ultra-cautious about anesthesia due to potential complications..You are in the best hands possible with Dr. White & staff & will be astounded at the results.

I had major reduction surgery last October with Dr. White. The whole process from initial consultation to follow-up after surgery was top notch. The office too was top notch. Very knowledgeable, very caring and attentive to your needs and your privacy.

I left a consultation with another doctor shell shocked so a friend recommended I see Dr. White. They were able to get me in for a consultation within days and completely eased my mind and made me excited about the procedure again. Dr. White was knowledgeable and honest and made the entire process so wonderful. His entire staff is excellent and I would suggest him to anyone looking for quality, affordable plastic surgery.

Dr. White saved my life! I recently needed reconstructive care for my arm following a 500lb. go cart roll over on my bicep. Neither Grand Strand Trauma or local Orthopedic surgeons knew how to treat my injury. After 2 weeks, I was referred to Dr. White, who quickly took action to save my arm. Daily treatment, even on weekends, and the care he, Joe, and Sheila provided was phenomenal. Dr. White's reassuring words and his actions resulted in a positive outcome. I'm forever grateful!

Dr. White has taken care of not only very bad tendinitis in my right elbow, but also helped me with some hand problems I was having as well. He is Former Air Force officer with many years of experience. The office is also a joy to be in with excellent customer service!

After having 2 children, my body was not the same. I came to Dr. White with a long list of things I wanted fixed & put back in place. I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction, new implants put in & fat placed in my booty to lift it. It's been more than a year now since my surgery, & I am so happy with the results. I am so lucky that I found this practice. I had seen a couple of other surgeons in the area first and this was the practice that I went with after meeting Dr. White. What a good and honest man! He told me up front what to expect, gave me a fair price and his team got me ready for the surgery of my dreams. I was so scared the morning of my surgery but he was so caring and calming. Dr. White is one of the most caring surgeons that I have ever visited with. I came to him with a breast augmentation revision that I was very concerned about. He was able to help be get the results that I should have had in my first attempt with another surgeon in the area. He's caring, has great bedside manner and is honest. We managed my expectations well. I will see him again for an additional "wish" surgery in the near future when I heal.

I have been under his care since 2001. I had breast implants which I've never had any complications since so I always had my friends go to him also with no complaints. I trust him enough to even having a keloid scar in between my eyes cut and cleaned out with some laser done to it after..it's a very risky surgery especially having so much trust in someone doing this to my face. I highly recommend him to anyone with any surgery your deciding to get!

This should help: A local doctor was charged Wednesday after Myrtle Beach airport screeners discovered a loaded handgun in his carry-on bag, according to an Horry County police report. Steven Kelly White, 60, of Myrtle Beach was charged with penalties, violations concerning regulation of pistols and booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center at 9:18 p.m. Wednesday, according to jail records. White was released at 9:59 a.m. Thursday on $1,000 bail. White is president and CEO of Carolina Coastal Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa, according to online records. In the report, an Horry County officer was called by TSA screeners to an x-ray machine at Myrtle Beach International Airport where the worker discovered a loaded derringer-style handgun in a bag. A case knife, which was taken from a separate carry-on bag, was also seized during the incident. The gun was loaded with a .45-caliber round and a .410-gauge slug shotgun shell, according to the report. The gun, ammunition and the knife were seized as evidence by police. Officers noted that when asked in the TSA checkpoint if White had a gun in the bag, he initially told the officer no, but then said, “I may have forgotten and left my derringer in the bag,” according to the report. Its been a year since i had my implants removed the 2 nd day post-op the stiches under my left breast had come out with a lot drainage so i went to see Dr, White and his nurse took a picture of it and took it him to look at it he did nothing now his staff would say i missed appointment which were never made that i knew about i just wish i could put a picture up because its been over a year and it is still opened and drianing and smells really bad even after showering. First things first, Dr. Steve White can change your life, he changed mine. I went to Dr. Steve White because years ago he did some work for me, that did not go as he said, but took care of the problem, but a lot more painful than he said it would be! I asked before the procedure how much it would cost he said 100.00. Later sent me a bill for 500.00, I paid him a 100.00, that was it. 10 years later I wanted to fix the eye rim because it was starting to sink in a bit and have him straighten my nose out, (I want to point out I had little to no bags or wrinkles under my eyes every thing was tight) he told me no problem, I'll fix your nose and then place a graph under your eye, then take some fat from your abdomen and inject the fat under you eye to smooth it out then inject this fat in the same area under the other eye, and told me he would give me a bluff to each eye to tighten everything up.I would look a little china like for a while I asked why, he said that way he could be sure that both would look the same symmetrical, then use the same fat and fill a small dent in my forehead. Well I was amazed, he could do this and he was so sincere that I had no doubts, that he could do it. Big mistake!! After 3 months swelling was down, OMG! The graph he placed under my left eye was huge! The fat he injected under both eyes looked like, small sixteenth inch pellets bumpy and I HAD BAGS UNDER BOTH EYES!!! I looked like hell! UNDER BOTH EYES!!! I looked worse than I did before the surgery, at this point who cares about the nose!! Well, needless to say during the follow up, they said all the swelling was not over, and this would smooth and correct it self and generally takes a year, ( I had no idea you could not sue after a year past) but then White injected me with steroids in both areas to smooth and tighten where the bags and bumps were. I was skeptical but, I had no choice but to believe him at this point. LIE!! I called several times, to the point, I started to become a nuisance. I became very depressed, actually considered suicide! After about a year I wrote him a letter, telling him of my depression from the work he did, and I was as even tempered as I could be, then I just had to call, I was scared to death, Imagine that I just spent 9500.00 and I'm scared to complain, that included the 500.00 for the original surgery I had done a decade earlier!! An appointment was made, when I got there in his office , he looked then said well we need to schedule another surgery for another bluff, sent me out and I had to pay another 1400.00. Under light sedation . Well he grinded down the implant and scraped both areas where he injected the fat from my abdomen. Woke up, and lost another two weeks of work. Well even looked worse the eye that had no problem had the same bag and the other, after surgery still had the same bag under it. Third time is charm, This time it's free, after complaining about the BAGS under my eyes. Another operation for a bluff, this time, in the side office, local shot to the left eye to numb it up and I'm thinking what about the right eye, what about fixing the right!! NO CHANGE! DR.STEVEN WHITE'S last statement to me was goodbye Scott!!! This occurred 2001-2004. This man Dr. Steven White is incompetent, I just wish I could get my ten years he took from me. . I look in the mirror every day and look at a man ten years OLDER , My first hand advise, DO NOT TRUST DR.
