Very easy to talk to. Large variety of frames.

Our experience has always been extremely satisfied. Doreen and Carol at front office are very caring, helpful, ladies. Best eye doctor in central michigan. Highly recommend him!

I went to see dr.trombley.i have keratosis in both eyes.was long over due did regular test didn't tell me if my eyes got worse.just was told needs new glasses.never even got another appointment.

Great.. I've been going to Dr Trombley for years when I lived in Gladwin and even when I moved out of town. After 5 years and losing my husband I have stayed a patient. I didn't have my eyes checked for 5 years I just put it out of my head.,never seeing another eye doctor..He is the only one I trust...If you don't need glasses he's not going to sell you a pair..He's honest friendly and he puts up with me..Lol so please don't judge him by his staff...Talk to him about it.

Very friendly doctor! Amazing with children, takes the time to answer any and all questions!

Dr. Trombley is an extremely kind and knowledgeable optometrist. He takes out the adequate time needed to address all concerns and shows genuine interest in his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an eye doctor.

I had a great experience at Dr. Steven Trombley’s office today. I was in and out no problem. He was very efficient in my eye exam and for it being my first one ever, he also explained everything really well to me so I knew what was going on. They have a great selection of frames as well. I would recommend anybody to go here. My mom accompanied me to be my driver and she actually made an appt before we left. I had a great experience at Dr. Steven Trombley’s office today. He is a excellent doctor, takes time to talk to his patients. I will continue to go to Dr. Trombley for future eye appointment.

Dr Trombley is the best. A couple of years ago, I started seeing floaters. It was Labor Day but I called his office anyway. I left a message and shortly after that, he called me back and told me to meet him at the office. He had just got home from vacation but he dropped everything and met me there. Thank God, everything was ok, no permanent damage but he was there for me. I recommend him all the time

My family of 7 have been patients of Dr. Trombley on and off over the past 10 years, as our company insurance coverage changed. Dr. Trombley is kind, thorough, funny, and explains everything; answering any and all questions the patient may have. However, there are two highly unprofessional women running the desk with absolutely HORRIBLE customer service skills. They are abrupt, condescending, openly unfriendly, and very unwelcoming. Dr. Trombley just lost 7 patients because of them.

The Dr always told me if I had an emergency he would get me right in. I woke up one morning blind in one eye. I called the staff was very rude and denied seeing me. I think going blind in one eye is an emergency.
