Dr. Trandonsky listened to my concerns and gave me clear and understandable responses from my first visit to last. I will recommend him to anyone who finds themselves needing ortho surgery.

Horrible and very dismissive, he made me feel I was imposing on him and wasting his time (after a 45 minute wait)...would never recommend him to anyone, so unprofessional and rude

Dr Tradonsky performed excellent arthroscopic surgery on my knee and the follow up exams were thorough and informative. I can now walk without pain and am thankful to this doctor for his care and expertise.

One of the worst doctors I do not recommend going with him, He doesn’t even deserve a star. Really disrespectful Unprofessional.

After several years of injections and treatment, it finally became necessary to get my left knee replaced. Dr. Tradonsky preformed the procedure. from start to finish I was very comfortable with him as my surgeon. Everything was thoroughly explained and all my questions were addressed. Rehab continues as I write this and I am very happy with the progress I have made. Cal Ortho has an excellent team of doctors and physical therapists working hand in hand to see you through the process. Everything was 1st class. The procedure was done out-patient (due to Covid) at Scripps Hillcrest. I also can't say enough about the surgical staff at Scripps. From admission to my discharge everyone was great.

Dr. Tradonsky performed surgery on my upper arm, and within 3 months I have just about full use of my arm and hand again. He and his staff were communicative, available for even the smallest question, and were instrumental to my recovery. I cant thank them enough!

Dr. Tradonsky did the repair of my massive rotator-cuff tear. Some don't care for the seriousness of surgeons but I appreciate it. All business no small talk. Perfect. Most impressive was Dr Tradonsky's decision during surgery to repair rather than 'reconstruct' my shoulder with outside materials. I had carried the full tear through the pandemic so the prognosis for repair wasn't good. But he made that decision and I'm extremely grateful for it as I have my actual tendons securely back in place. I've worked super hard in therapy to validate his decision. Thank you so much sir.

My experience with Dr. Tradonsky was great. He took on my surgery when another said I was too high risk. My surgery went he help me through my post surgery with my other health issues. I would highly recommend him.

At first I was angry with the world. After being referred to Dr. Tradonsky I finally felt like someone was going to help me regain some type of mobility and experience life without tremendous pain. The Dr. and his staff listened to me and responded accordingly to assist me throughout this traumatic ordeal! I honestly feel like living again!

This is the very 1st time i had to seek medical care and to have landed under the care of Dr. Tradonsky and his staff. Dr. Tradosnky answered all my doubts and questions while making sure i had all the information required. I appreciated the explanations provided as i could easily understand.

I cannot thank Dr. Tradonsky and his entire office staff enough for the care I received. And not only the physical care, but just how calm everyone was through the whole process. It made me calm. Thank you again for everything!

Professional and informative. I was not in any way forced into surgery. However, I knew surgery was the only option in order to return to my normal life and fitness and activity level. My meniscus debribement surgery went extremely well, better than anticipated. I was on crutches for a day or two, then back on my feet with slow walking. Hardly any post-op pain and no complications. I only took prescribed pain medication for a day after surgery.

Dr Tradonsky was very ptofessional and I felt secure and confident in his abilities.

I have an excellent experience before and after surgery. No pain at all since surgery. I was expecting some pain, Until today he said is normal.

Dr. Trondonsky and his staff are unbelievable. All of the care before the surgery, the surgery and post care have been amazing.

Good doctor who did a great job on shoulder repair.

Tradonsky did a great job walking me through and updating me through the entire experience. Felt comfortable and confident the entire time because of Dr. Tradonsky. Most importantly he was able to get me in quickly for surgery and get my knee taken care of. My knee has been feeling great and have not had any pain at all. Even through a pandemic with so many obstacles for a medical team A+

When I got injured, I was told they would send me with the best doctor for my problem and indeed they did, I appreciate his expertise, his willingness to listen and his knowledge overall around my situation.

They had a 2:50pm appt for today & I was told they don't take same day appt. I am on work comp & paycheck for tomorrow will not be sent unless they get work status from the Dr. Now I have to wait til 8-26-19 @ 2:45pm. So no pay & I have no funds in my account & they know that. Yet they have no didn't care or even try too make an acception. Horrible policy & I do not recommend going to this Dr's office for anything. They just proved they only care about bottom line not the patient. Just read a few other reviews & totally agree w/ them. He told me how I was feeling & didn't want to hear what I was telling him what was hurting & where. He & his staff are very rude and have no compassion for their patients. He successfully replaced both of my knees When I was 63 years old! I faithfully did the rehabilitation for my knee surgery’s! I had a very good therapist who worked with me and was very patient with me even though I may not have wanted to do the exercises but I am glad she pushed me to do the exercises for the knee rehabilitation now I have complete movement the heels of my feet touch my buttocks thanks to the doctor and the therapist I have the best niece ever in the world and the doctor called me the apple of his eye because I never complained all I did was give him praise about the wonderful job he did on both my knees hallelujah that’s right I’m a Christian man and I love my orthopedic surgeon Dr. Tradonsky And now I am 70 years old I work full-time using my knees to do a lot of lifting and walking I am a maintenance man at Walmart He successfully replaced both of my knees When I was 63 years old! Overall my experience with Dr. Tradonsky was good. Only reason for the 4 stars is, first appt he was a little rough with the description of what I needed to have done and why. I think he told me I was too old to do my profession and would have to readjust my life. I’m 46. Other than that he was great! He was quick, on time, gave me a cortisone shot that barely hurt. I needed surgery and he was able to squeeze me in last minute. He was very professional second time seeing him. My surgery went well and I like that he didn’t prescribe me a bunch of pain killers. Just enough. The doctor might not be for those with a sensitive personality but if you want a good doctor, who is quick and to the point, I would highly recommend. Dr. Traonsky a competent and professional surgeon. I was skeptical after I read some of the reviews below, but now I can honestly say these people are a bit ridiculous. His interpersonal skills are on point as he took the time to explain what I did to my knee (tore my ACL and meniscus) with a model even though I'm sure it was the hundredth time he explained it. He also answered all of my questions through the recovery process. I would highly recommend Dr. Tradonsky to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor. Dr. Traonsky a competent and professional surgeon. I was referred to Dr Steven Tradonshy by my Dr after I was complaining about a lot of pain in my right elbow and shoulder. I had x-rays done and read the report's and I was sure that I would need surgery . So I took my x-rays and report's to Dr Tradonsky. I was very pleased with his staff after talking to them on the phone and making an appointment . I was very pleased with the building and especially the parking is done well for handicap parking. I arrived early and did all my paper work and then was called in to see the Dr. He is very friendly and smiling the whole time and you can tell that he is very sharp. He examined my report's and x-rays and did a physical check of movement's on my arm and asked me question's. He was never in a rush and showed genuine concern with my pain. He recommended a cortisone shot in my arm and some therapy . Dr Tradnshy gave me a cortisone shot in my arm and I figured it was gonna hurt , but it wasn't bad at all. I first met Dr. Tradonsky when I went to him for a second opinion about getting an ACL revision in 2010. I followed his advice, thankfully, and did not get a revision done. Three years later he operated on my shoulder and last week he operated on my daughter's shoulder. He has always been kind, curtious and professional. My daughter is doing very well so far and my outcome was also good. This doctor has the most rude, abusive and stupid staff that i have ever seen in a physician's office. Since the moment you call this "office" the rude operator who answer the phone and who hang up on me rather that answer my question, a rude cow named Rachel, sets the tone for this torture chamber inappropriately call clinic. Had an appointment with Tradonsky to go over MRI results. He told me I had a torn ACL and surgery was optional. Of course I had a hundred questions after receiving this news, but he rushed out of the exam room while I was still asking questions. Literally, I was still asking questions in the hallway as he walked away. I asked about a custom knee brace to help me when exercising, he said he'd look into and 3 weeks later, nothing. I will have to schedule another appointment just to finish asking my questions to help me determine whether or not to proceed with surgery - which is likely the end goal - more money for them. He has the knowledge and experience to do his job well, but definitely sub par in patient relations and making sure you are able to make informed decisions. I had the best results. The Dr. Is no nonsense right to the point. I like that in a doctor. No pain the next day and 3 days after I can walk without crutches or a cane , I'm not running by no means but I feel so much butter. Thanks to the doctor and wonderful staff

Worst dr. Ever!!

The visit started off with Dr Tradonsky checking out my legs in a way that was creeping me out instead of looking me in my eyes while addressing me. He asked questions about my injury, and interrupted my answers by telling me what I was feeling/experiencing. His explanation did NOT match with my experience whatsoever and he did not want to listen to what I had to say. He was very rude and abrupt throughout the visit. When it came time for him to examine my hip (location of the injury) he yanked my skirt up to my waist without telling me what he was going to do! A professional would have informed me of what was needed (adjusting clothing) or would have asked me to do it myself. Mind you he had the door to the exam room WIDE open with 3 people that walked down the hall during the time I was on the exam table with my undergarments on full display. He made NO attempt to protect my modesty or my PRIVACY!!! Aren't patients entitled to privacy during an exam?? I was humiliated, embarrassed, and felt degraded by the way he treated me. First time I'd ever met the guy and this is how I was treated...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "DOCTOR" TO ANYONE!!!! I definitely won't be going back for a follow up. I had a very good experience with Dr Tradonsky. He was direct and to the point which I appreciate in a Dr. He did a rotator cuff repair for me. I knew what to expect, I knew how long it would take to heal and what the protocol would be.
